Lovely 2 bedroom flat, large lounge opening onto a big balcony with stunning views across the estuary, bright fully equipped modern kitchen. 1st double bedroom with bed 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with bath / shower. private parking space. Fantastic location with all the Marina bars, restaurants and activity's only a few steps away. 2 minute walk to our 3 mile long gold sand Blue Flag beach with various bars and restaurants along the way, the town is less than a 10 minute walk away with bus links to all the other towns and villages around the area. Small ,quiet well behaved dogs are welcome !!

View was NOT uninterrupted or near the beach. Facilities poor. No cushions for sun beds, no hair drier, no teapot, no slip mat for shower, no bed side lights, very poor storage in second bedroom, very small towels.

This property did not match the website description.

The property was bare with minimal furniture. It reminded me of a run down chalet on a holiday camp. The sofa was soft & uncomfortable and we each had a very poor nights sleep. We could not stay there under these conditions and came hom the next day. On calling the owner & Vrbo to complain, neither were interested in my comments or giving me my money back or some compensation. I will never book with VRBO again

How very strange, the guests that stayed the week after you gave a 5 star rating saying they loved their stay!!!!! You allegedly only stayed one night, although used all of the towels and toilet rolls. You are now seeking a full refund as you didn't enjoy your stay!!!! I can only ask that anyone reading this review, reads all the other reviews and i am sure you will come to the same conclusion i have!!!!!!!

Great location

Great location and well priced. Lovely view and balcony space. 10 minutes to the train station and town centre, 2 mins to start of sea front. Right next to 3 or 4 decent pubs/restaurants and the taxi over the Exe. A free parking space in view of your accommodation. Friendly neighbours either side and above! We will stay here again in the future.

Very clean and recently decorated. Excellent location for the marina, esplanade and to walk into town. Lovely view over the estuary. Would like to go back again.
