Spacious and bright flat of 120 square metres on the second floor of a historic and particularly prestigious building in the heart of the historic centre of Verona, overlooking one of the main streets such as Corso Porta Borsari, has an independent entrance in a secluded and quiet historic courtyard, albeit served by restaurants and activities.
With an independent entrance, the flat is on the second floor WITHOUT lift, so there are 39 steps in total .
The flat is further enriched by three balconies, one of which serves the kitchen and is equipped to enjoy an aperitif or lunch outdoors, one serving the large living room and one in one of the two double bedrooms.
It also features a bright eat-in kitchen, laundry room and two bathrooms, one of which is private for one of the two bedrooms and one on the corridor.
The living room has a comfortable sofa bed to accommodate guests over four persons.
There is also a coffee corner and air conditioning in each room, as well as a desk and Smart TV.
Super Fast Fibre Wifi network throughout the flat.
Possibility of organising guided tours, bike hire and NCC hire for longer journeys.

Beautiful apartment in a Perfect Location

The property was just as described and photographed. It is spacious, comfortable and is beautifully decorated. In a very secure building, it was wonderful to simply step out into streets lined with cafes, restaurants, shops and be in the amazing central city of Verona. We had a wonderful month in the apartment. Communication with the owner was a bit patchy initially but we had no problem with access to the apartment and communicating with her at that point. I recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to stay in an authentic Verona apartment.

Great location

We really enjoyed the apartment.It had thing we needed . but the living room was small and the furniture was very uncomfortable for 4 people . And for a heads up there are 36 steps to climb so for 3 of us no problem, but for one of us it was a struggle . And the noise from the garbage pick up ever morning at 7am was extremely noisy . There were two really great restaurants down below us that we frequented a lot. Verona is a beautiful city that everyone should not miss . AnP from Canada

Great apartment!

The apartment was very pretty and comfortable. It has everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and the rest of the apartment are in Italian style. Eleonora , the host, is a wonderful and pleasant young lady. She responded to our questions and needs always in a pleasant and positive manner. The apartment is located in the center of the historic city and you can walk everywhere. There are taxies and bus stops near by. We had a wonderful time! thanks Eleonora!

Outstanding Apartment

Eleonora was a great property host. The only downfall of the property is it's difficult to find on a little "corte" off the busy pedestrian street with cars dodging the people on foot. Once Eleonora came and helped us, things were great. Perfect location with a garage underneath, but it's only for small cars. The interior was very nicely appointed with all the conveniences of home. Every room had a beautiful chandelier to go along with the traditional furnishings. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you needed, coffee, food items, condiments, fantastic!! Blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, pots, pans, wine glasses, the best kitchen we've ever had in a VRBO property. Wi-Fi worked great with 4-5 apparatuses connected. Rooms were large, bathrooms were bigger than any we've had in Europe. Location was outstanding, at least 100 restaurants, bars, etc. with a few blocks. Can's say enough about this fantastic property. We were so lucky!! The only negative was it didn't have a lift and you're 3 stories up, so large suitcases are pain.

Amazing Location, Lots of Space and Charm

The property location was right in the heart of pedestrian-friendly Verona, with most of the sites a short walk away. The amenities were terrific, and we had lots of space. We appreciated having some basics like salt and pepper, wrapped cookies, and coffee in the kitchen. The balcony off the kitchen was a great place to have a glass of wine and watch the restaurant activity on the short dead-end street below. Due to car travel restrictions, there was little or no traffic noise. Eleanora, our host, was extremely helpful. Verona is a must-see city and this apartment had location, space, and charm.

Lovely and comfortable

Apartment had everything that we needed. I The kitchen and bathrooms were modern and the bedrooms were Verona style. The beds were very comfortable and pasticcerias were steps out the door which was nice for breakfast. It was an ideal apartment.
