Villa Agapi is one of the two Margaritas Villas. The villas are on a private hill and they offer a mix of amenities and a natural environment with tremendous views of the Cretan sea and surrounding mountains.


Margarites Villas consists of two autonomous villas. Villa Agapi is one of Margarites Villas, nestled among olive groves in the picturesque village of Margarites. The Villa is 135 m2 and is located in a 1,200 m2 fenced area, offering a mix of modern amenities in a beautiful natural environment, with tremendous views of Cretan sea and surrounding mountains.


The villa also combines a peaceful atmosphere and amenities for restful holidays, perfect for families with children or a group of friends! Enjoy tranquillity and comfort in this exquisite and unique villa.


Villa Agapi provides a relaxing retreat with three bedrooms, and four bathrooms, and its outdoor area has a private heated swimming pool, gas barbecue and dining table. Furnished in minimal, yet cosy style, the two-storey villa can accommodate 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms and up to 7 people if needed.


Indoor layout
Ground Floor
Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room and fully equipped kitchen with an indoor dining area. The living are features a large sofa, fireplace, a 43" smart TV, a home cinema and a red leather massage chair. It opens up to a veranda with a sitting area which leads to the pool area. The ground floor also hosts a bathroom with bath and shower and a washing machine.


First Floor
Reaching the first floor through a staircase, there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom has a King-size bed (1,60x2,00), an en-suite bathroom with a shower and balcony. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (0,90x2,00), an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a balcony. The third bedroom has 2 single beds (0,90x2,00), an en-suite bathroom with shower and a window. The beds can be joined as a Queen-sized bed upon request if needed. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning, a closet, and a 28" smart TV.


Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
- 35 sq. m private swimming pool. The pool can be heated at an additional cost per day (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).
- Outdoor dining table
- Under an impressive wooden pergola guests will find a gas BBQ and outdoor dining area for 6 guests, as well as a 52 smart TV.
- Free parking space for up to 2 cars
- Finally, the owners have a private, deer park behind the Villas, in a fenced area, where you can admire and get in touch with these beautiful animals and feel closer to nature!


Margarites Villas - Agapi is approved by Greek Tourism Organisation & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".

The Villa is located outside the village of Margarites with its extraordinary architecture and lovely winding streets is well known for is pottery production and pottery studios. There are many shops and workshops which you can explore and see or shop the artists work.
