Peaceful retreat

Although it’s small, this place has a lot to offer. Outside there’s a picnic table with fabulous views over the countryside for when the weather’s nice, and fo when it’s not so nice, there’s cosy covered area with a fire pit, a big table and some comfy chairs. So overall, there’s more space for everyone than might appear from the photos. There aren’t actually 2 bathrooms in the lodge but there is a communal loo and shower very close by. Lovely hosts who provided a delicious home made Victoria sponge 😋
