Villa Violetta offers a stylish and relaxing atmosphere. In addition to four modern bedrooms and four elegant bathrooms, the villa is equipped with air conditioning on each floor. The spacious and fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area provides plenty of space for shared meals, while the living room invites you to enjoy cozy hours together.
The well-maintained outdoor area features a large swimming pool, sun loungers, and a beautiful veranda with a comfortable dining area. The outdoor barbecue area is perfect for enjoyable evenings spent grilling together.
Villa Violetta is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet benefits from an excellent location. Several large shopping centers, cafés, bars, restaurants, playgrounds, drugstores, and Labin’s market hall are all close by and can be reached by car in less than 5 minutes. The historic old town of Labin is just a 10-minute drive away, while the stunning beaches of Rabac can be reached in only 15 minutes by car. Hiking and walking trails are located in the immediate surroundings.
