We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ultima! The house is beautiful and the view is absolutely gorgeous. It is in a remote area, which is great if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place. Communication with the property manager was excellent and he was very responsive to any questions and/or requests. The owner could do a bit of a better job with the upkeep of the house. There was some water damage inside and the outside landscaping by the hot tub looked rough. It seemed like the other houses looked a bit nicer. But overall we would stay at this property again.

Off the beaten track

The villa was very clean and tidy and the views were spectacular. The villa managers and the local host (Danijel) were quick to respond to questions and were really helpful. You need to drive down quite a narrow road to access the property which is generally fine though can be more challenging if you meet a speeding local coming the other way.
