This beautiful, modern and bright apartment has 95m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, with capacity for up to 5 people.

The apartment, distributed on a single level, offers a fully equipped independent kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. The living room has an elegant dining table and a comfortable chaise longue sofa, flat-screen TV, free WiFi and double doors that open to a wonderful large terrace with a dining table and views of the pool.

The accommodation consists of a spacious main bedroom with a double bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom and a second double bedroom with two single beds. It also has another bathroom with a shower.

In the common areas, you can find three communal pools, for adults and children, impressive gardens with lawn. The residence is very quiet and is located just 5 minutes walking from Arenal beach.

The establishment is located just 600 m from the sandy beach of Playa del Arenal and 1 km from the rocky beach of Playa del Montañar. It is also close to all services, at a distance of 500 m from supermarkets, bars, beach bars, a post office, a pharmacy, several banks and shops.

On the picturesque Mediterranean coast, the city of Jávea is a pleasant place that delights visitors of the Costa Blanca with its beautiful marina and beautiful beaches. There are also multiple sporting activities to participate in, such as sailing, diving and snorkelling, golf, tennis and even hiking up to Montgó. The sea is of great importance in Jávea, and many of its excellent restaurants make the most of their location by serving fish dishes prepared by experts with the best catches of the day.
