This modern duplex penthouse for 6 people - in the Golden Beach I residence, in a quiet area - consists of an entrance hall, a large living dining room with south terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with separate utility, 3 bedrooms (2 of them with terrace) and 3 bathrooms. The apartment is fully airconditioned, well equipped with a smart TV and wifi internet connection. From the terraces you have a panoramic view over the mountains and at the back also over the communal pool and the nice garden.

Just had a wonderful week at the apartment, everything was prefect, lovely people lace with everything you could possibly need.Lovely and quiet area but very close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets.Great communication with Robert and Mary, Cant recommend highly enough.Really looking forward to coming back soon.

Perfect stay in Javea

We travelled with my 85 year old Mum and the apartment was perfect. Loads of room for us all and a 10 minute stroll for dinner in the evening. It was less than 10 euro for a taxi to Javea Old Town where we enjoyed dinner a couple of nightts. The apartment was brilliantly equipped with all you could need Thank you for a fabulous stay

Lovely property in a perfect location.

Very nice property with loads of space for everyone. Just a couple of extras could make a huge difference. Could do with more towels being supplied (larger ones preferably) and although there is a smart TV, didn’t have a large range of channels so satellite would be a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious with all the amenities need for a perfect holiday. The property was an easy walk to bars,restaurants and sea front. It was good to have a private parking space. Richard is very pleasant met us at the apartment showed us round we would definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family

The apartment is amazing. Exactly as described on the website. Perfect location for beach and restaurants. Short 3 minute walk to local supermarket. Beds very comfortable. Balconies off bedroom and upper hallway fantastic for sunbathing with the added bonus of sun loungers . Balcony off lounge covered and wonderful to escape the sun and have your meals. Quiet area for a relaxing break. Definitely stay again.

Toller Urlaub in einer tollen gepflegten Wohnung

Da wir bereits 4 mal in der Anlage waren kannten wir ja schon einige Wohnungen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Vermieter empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles hat gut funktioniert. Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Urlaubswochen in denen wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Im letzten Jahre war der Pool etwas ungepflegt da das Mosaik kaputt war. Dies war repariert. FSuper.ungepflegt da

Nous avons passé un très bon moment à Javea, ce fut très reposant et agréable. Cet appartement est excellent! Il est très confortable, bien situé par rapport à la plage, à l’épicerie, aux restaurants et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’espace extérieur qui est disponible. Et nous voulons aussi mentionné l’excellent service reçu de la représentante du propriétaire de notre réception à notre arrivée à notre départ. Elle nous a fourni toutes sortes d’information utile et culturelles. Ce serait un plaisir de recommender cet appartement à quiconque désir passer du temps à Javea.

We luckily rented this large apartment as out of the 8 weeks we were there 5 weeks were Covid19 lockdown! Very comfortable, good beds and fittings, complete kitchen (once cleaned) excellent balconies for the Sun all day long. A quiet location (at that time of the year) even being close to the school. A short distance from the supermarket and the beach. Would hope to return at some time in the future.

Un bonito apartamento

Un bonito apartamento, con un amplio salón y terraza, en una urbanización agradable y tranquila a cinco minutos de la playa andando. Esta cerca de muchos comercios. El apartamento estaba limpio cuando llegamos, no obstante algunas estancias del mismo no lo estaban del todo. Recomendaría a Robert que cambiase de personal de limpieza.
