Beautiful 3 Bed Spacious Apartment close to Brixham Harbour

Situated in South Devon in the picturesque seaside town of Brixham, Bolton Court is 10 minutes stroll to Beautiful Beaches / Marina and a beautiful harbor town with restaurants, bars & shops galore!

There is parking for 1 car. The property has 2 double bedrooms, one with an ensuite plus a large twin bedroom perfect for adults or children with 2 single beds and a TV. There is also a seperate modern family bathroom

Light, airy and modern, the flat is a delight!

The living area has floor-to-ceiling windows and doors leading to the balcony which goes around the front and side of the property.

Suitable for families or groups of friends, the dining table comfortably sits 6 people. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven and fridge

We are dog friendly too and welcome two well-behaved dogs

Great Apartment

We very much enjoyed our stay at Tracy's apartment in Brixham. The booking process was easy and information received from Tracy was very helpful and comprehensive. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious and really well equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal being a short walk from the town and harbour and it was great to have a safe parking space, which is quite rare in Brixham! The lack of curtains could perhaps be an issue in the summer months when there would be more sunlight and heat. This wasn't a problem for us as we were there in March and didn't see much sun! Overall, we really enjoyed staying in Tracy's great apartment and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you Tracy.

Amazing apartment, spotless and well equipped.. 10 min max walk to harbour. Lots of lovely restaurant around and Tracy was a really helpful. Will definitely book again and recommend to friends Thanks tracy
