Located 5 minutes walk from Brixham harbour with the replica Golden Hind to explore and along the South-West coastal path, Threeways is the perfect location for your holiday with a beautiful hot tub waiting for you after your explorations. Brixham is very dog friendly, with lots of pubs and restaurants accepting dogs, many beaches allow dogs all year round and our property has a large enclosed garden if you need a day relaxing at home. One double bedroom and the bathroom are on the ground floor and there is a single toilet between the master bedroom and the twin room on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer. The conservatory has the sun on it in the morning and is the perfect place to watch the sun come up. The patio has a large table and chairs for you to enjoy the sunshine and the peace and quiet.

The house was clean, well equipped and conveniently located for our short family stay. The garden was tidy and well secured for the dog to stretch his legs.We found the property easily and check in was simple.The welcome book was thoughtfully full of everything we needed to know and more. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodation.

Accommodation ok, pictures on Vrbo really did it justice, reality not so good.Kitchen - crockery, pans and glassware old. Cupboard fittings poor. Fridge/freezer perfect Lounge goodDining area goodConservatory okGarden in need of tidy grass very long. Hot tub great.Bedrooms - downstairs - bed needs upgrading mattress appalling.Bathroom okDouble bedroom upstairs again bed needs upgrading very old and uncomfortable Twin room - okToilet and sink - a cupboard - tiny ridiculous The price we paid for this for only 3 nights was overpriced. Very disappointing and would be happy to receive a refund in relation to the overpricing for what we got. We stay in a lot of rentals for holidays in the uk, and as stated We steer very disappointed. Thank goodness Brixham itself was great

Amazing stay

The property was so clean and beautiful and it’s obvious how much the owners love their place. We had the best holiday ever and that was due to the house and its location. We loved it so much we have booked for next year. Thank you for an amazing holiday in a beautiful house

We love our property but can't yet retire and enjoy it all year round and we didn't want it to sit empty until then so we decided to let it out and our first year has seen lots of lovely people enjoy it too.

We chose to buy in Brixham as we were looking for a place where we could take our dogs on long walks. Brixham is so dog friendly, there are plenty of restaurants and pubs that allow dogs, beaches that dogs can use all year round and being on the South West coastal path there are miles and miles of walks.

Threeways is in a quiet location with a large garden, patio and hot tub. Inside there is a spacious kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, a lounge, dining area and conservatory. It's all been recently decorated and the beds and sofas are new.
