You can cross the city from east to west by Tram. Nice city station is 10 minutes walking, the pedestrian street is less than 3 minutes away, and the old town is 10 minutes away. Bus line is located on the Promenade des Anglais.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator and a balcony equipped with a table and chairs.
Inside, it consists of an open-plan kitchen with dining area, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer - a living room with a double sofa bed (140 cm), a bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm), a shower room and a toilet.
