I have to say that I was disappointed in the condo. It's advertised as very clean, and it is not. There was .5 inch of dust on the baseboards and the door to the utility room. There was a very large roach in the guest bathroom. It needs a lot of TLC. The linens are old and need updating. I am also curious about the linen policy as guests are either responsible for washing them or you can pay a fee to have them done. The listing states that they are washed in a temperature that is sanitary, however if other guests are the ones to wash them, how do you know that to be true? It made me nervous due to COVID, so I washed them myself upon arrival.
There were a few outlets (kitchen and smaller bedroom) that did not work. The entire place needs a scrubbing as there are smudges and stains on the walls, etc. We also noticed a musty smell that we couldn't get rid of using the dehumidifier the owner suggested.
Beach chair and toys were old and need replacing. The pics are deceiving as the unit is pretty small, especially the guest bathroom. I suggest updating all of the instruction sheets and binder as they have conflicting info and are confusing. Also suggest cleaning closets, replacing closet doors and cleaning laundry closet. Several light bulbs were out and remote batteries needed replacing, which we did. I found it odd that we had to bring soaps, toilet paper, detergents. Etc given the positive reviews I read. Normally that would be provided when a place receives such great reviews.
The listing also stated that "starter" products would be provided, which they were not.
The location is great, and we rented a golf cart and enjoyed riding around the property. The owner was responsive when I asked questions.
Overall, I was let down and wouldn't come back.
