1st floor unit, ample front door parking, 3 Bedrooms, + convertible bed, 2 baths, (Sleeps 6 adults-8)

Located on the 1st floor making it convenient for loading and unloading luggage/groceries and for children and older adults. It is also conveniently located for quick access to the fitness center, tennis courts, volleyball court and a short and beautiful walk to the beach and golf course.

Living room has a wall mounted, flat screen TV, and DVD player. It features a deck to enjoy the view. Master Suite feature king size bed, private bath, flat screen TV, Ipod alarm clock, overlooks a beautiful park-like setting. 2nd bedroom features two full size beds with TV, and adjoining full bath. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV. Fully equipped kitchen including and washer & dryer.

Our Kingston Resort Villa is situated on a 145 acre, gated, master planned oceanfront resort. It has the comforts and convenience of home with all the amenities of a luxurious resort including cable, wireless high speed internet, ocean and poolside cafe which includes daily entertainment during the spring and summer and activities for children and adults alike. It has several outdoor pools, shared hot tubs, Spa33 offers facial treatments, manicures, pedicures and massages. A full time golf director is available to book tee times at Kingston's Arcadian Shores, located adjacent to the resort, or at one of the more than 100 courses in the area.

Shopping is convenient, and food deliveries are available on and off premises. Within a mile there is the Tanger Outlet Center, Barefoot Landing, and many great restaurants. The unit is also within walking distance of the Apache Fishing Pier.

Beautiful area, and great condo neighborhood with lots of amenities. Close to shops and restaurants, too. The condo was comfortable and had plenty of space for our family to enjoy being together. Definitely recommend as a place to stay at Myrtle Beach!

Only able to stay 3 nights but the property was great, short walk about 10 mins to the beach. Beach was not to crowded. Nice, quite neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants and other attractions. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

The place was great all the extras was well worth it.

It was great loved the place we stay because it was easy in and easy out.The villa was very nice and cozy,they had beach chairs, sand toys,umbrella,etc for you to use at no extra charge. We will be going again in in fall and would book again if available.

Great place to stay

This unit was very roomy and had plenty of space to sleep, sit and move around. Everything was clean and organized. There were 4 TVs which made everyone happy. All appliances worked in good order. We especially liked that the locks on the doors and the storage unit were very secure and super easy to use. (I'd like to get similar locks at my own house!) We had a great time in this unit and didn't have any complaints.

Quiet and well appointed

For Business and Pleasure!

This is our second time in our six year stay that we have stayed at a facility rented by the host. This time was just as enjoyable as the other. We appreciate the amenities, promptness of communication, ease of access to the facility and the joy my family had between my organization training sessions. Quiet and Comfortable

This villa was as advertised. The decor is a bit dated, but gives the “comfy/lived-in feeling” and not the “I better not touch anything or it will break feeling.” It has everything you might need from dishes and cookware to coffee and condiments to all things beach-towels, umbrella, chairs, bucket, cooler, sunscreen and bug spray. The location was quietly nestled in the trees closer to the front of Kingston but made it perfect for feeling secluded. It was a very short walk to the beach along a street or path, or short drive to park and carry stuff to the beach. I would stay here again and recommend it for a lowkey family beach getaway.

Beach Week

This 3 bedroom unit proved to be a perfect unit for my family. The bedrooms had some space between them, allowing all of us a little extra privacy, and the kitchen was more than adequate for the meals we prepared in house. The owners were quick to respond to a few minor unforeseen issues that occurred during our stay. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the pool and around 10 minutes to the ocean!

Fantastic getaway

This unit was super ready for our family's vacation. Extras were left so we didn't have to purchase large quantities of items (for example ziploc bags) when we only needed 1. Communication with owner was easy. They were super responsive. Having access to extra beach items came in super handy as the lifeguard didn't allow our canopy. Would stay here again!

The condo was clean and had a quiet area of the resort. Plenty of parking and ease in getting in and out, having the bottom floor was perfect for entering/exiting. We rented a golf cart and made it so easy to get to the beach and pool but the walk was a short 5 minute walk. Condo had all kitchen utensils you could ever want or need. would have loved to had a little more storage for my groceries but the counter space was plentiful. Grassy area made it perfect for playing yard games. Loved my stay!

All the little things!

The smallest details were thought of. Fully equipped kitchen. all utensils. Check the cabinets/drawers before you go shopping they may have it already.. The simplest things mean the the most; when I saw wet wipes and spray in the bathrooms; I was impressed. LOL... Seriously all the rooms very clean. Multi outlet plugs for your charger and if you can't find your base a spot for the usb cord.. The Pull-out couch was very comfortable. Extra pillows and blankets. There was even a mini COVID supplies area; Extra Face masks, Hand Sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and sun screen. Thanks for sharing your condo!
