Apartment in Arenal d’en Castell, just 300 m from the beach. Features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a terrace with stunning sea views. Community pool for adults and a children’s pool. Ideal location close to all local services. Simple apartment in a top area.

Cot and highchair included; extra sets €5/night. Towels and sheets provided. Kitchen and bath basics not supplied.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Arenal d`en Castell is the perfect place to enjoy a holiday with family or friends, as it has all the facilities and services you could need, including restaurants, supermarkets, pubs, water sports, entertainment for children and a beautiful, long beach where you can take peaceful strolls along the fine sand.
Located just a 15-minute drive from the Son Park golf course and the same distance from Fornells Bay, where you can sample one of its famous ‘lobster stews’.
Mahon, the island`s main city, is only 20 kilometres away. Restaurants, shops, walks along its magnificent harbour and pleasant evenings on its terraces make it an essential part of your holiday.

Please report broken things, to avoid problems for us with future guests

No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage.

All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price. Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorized to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation. Happy Stay at Comfortable Appartment

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Castell Sol apartments. It was clean, spacious and had lovely views over the bay of Arenal d'en Castell. Carmen the 3Villas manager was extremely helpful and efficient in resolving a small problem with the electricity upon our arrival. The only slight downside was the fairly basic, limited cooking facilities, plus the area was a bit noisy with music coming from nearby hotels and bars until about midnight on some evenings.

Great location & helpful management — but major issuesThe good: Fantastic central location in Arenal, close to shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. Elevated position with stunning bay views. Pool was clean and family-friendly. Property management team were excellent — communication was easy and they genuinely tried to help throughout.The bad: The apartment is very dated (35 years) with rotting cupboards and old fittings. Amenities were not as described — the “kitchen” had no cooker (just an exposed cavity with wires), only a hob and very old appliances. No Wi-Fi. Shower blocked after a few minutes, toilet barely flushed. Only one plug socket per bedroom in awkward spots. A noisy construction site is directly next door, starting early each day. Birds had nested where the extractor fan was, leaving debris on the hob. Most concerning, we saw rodents in the apartment on the final night and found droppings in the kitchen area — a serious health & safety issue, especially with children.Summary: Wonderful location and supportive management, but the property itself is in poor condition. The owner urgently needs to address hygiene, plumbing, electrics, and pests before this is suitable for rental.The property company did give me a partial refund for my issues.
