Situated on a plot of almost 10,000 sq. feet (900 m2) the villa is spread over 1 level with a spacious living-dinning room and kitchen both facing the south garden and the private pool.

It is located in a luxury and private urbanisation between Fuengirola, 1 mile south, and the classical Andalusian town Mijas, 4 miles north.

Inside the urbanisation there is a private tennis club with both hard and clay surfaces. The nearest beach (Monumento de la Peseta) is just 1 mile South-East

Perfect

Great villa with such great equipment and accessories for use, BBQ was great, pool perfect and garden area well maintained, We will be revisiting as Sonia and Jamie were brilliant. A little too far from any bars so had to drive or get taxis, but that was also a plus !

Fantastic Mijas villa holiday

The villa was absolutely beautiful. Huge amount of room. The kitchen appliances are top notch and easy to use. Spotless. Lovely living room and dining room. 2 en-suites and a third shower room just across the hallway. Beautiful beds. Very well laid out home from home. Lovely to find condiments, herbs, spices tea, coffee, shampoo, bodywash, toilet paper, beach towels and the list went on. We have done villa holidays for over 10 years and this was the most well equipped with “extras”. The swimming pool with its (to us) all important steps was wonderful, nice gentle slope to the deeper end. The garden with its bbq (with coals, firefighters and matches) was so pretty at night. We sat out every night. The villa is situated in a nice quiet area. It’s very secure with an alarm and all the windows have ornate bars and an inner fly screen for when you want the windows and doors open. We were lucky to have been able to check in early with the lovely Sonia’s, just as lovely, dad. He showed us around. There was a very welcome, welcome pack and a little present left at the side of each bed. Very thoughtful. Sonia contacted us within the hour of moving in to see if we needed anything. Due to reduced mobility one of our party can only walk for about 20 minutes. Sonia advised us of the location of Lidl and Tesco outlet for shopping. Just a 10 minute walk down a gentle hill, we would then get a taxi back with our shopping. Sonia gave us phone numbers of a local taxi and takeaway and told us that Uber was operating in the area. Within 2 hours of moving in we had Uber deliver us a takeaway and a small amount of shopping. Great service. Sonia is a very attentive owner and very easy to contact. We had a fabulous time.

Great Holiday Home

We had a very enjoyable stay at Villa Las Ninas. The owners Jamie and Sonia are very nice people, attentive, efficient and easy to communicate with. The villa is spacious, light and airy and easy to live in. It has a comfortable bed in the main bedroom (we did not try the other 2). The TV has a lot of international stations and apps, good if you want a night in. The garden and pool are attractive with good space and a very nice seating area. The location of the villa is great because you can walk into the centre of Fuengirola. Major supermarkets are close to the house so you can walk and get fresh bread for breakfast in 15 minutes. Great house.
