Fantastic and spacious apartment in the heart of Sitges, with a
community pool just a step away from the beach and the pedestrian
center with all the shops and restaurant services. It has a private
parking space for a supplement of €10/day, prior reservation and
subject to availability.

This wonderful duplex is located in a building with an elevator that
has a community pool and large spaces so that the little ones can enjoy
the outdoors.

On the first floor we find the spacious and bright living room with
access to the sunny terrace, from where you can enjoy fantastic sunsets
in good company.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay (fridge, microwave, oven,
dishwasher...), a full bathroom, the laundry room and 3 bedrooms: one
with a double bed and one with 3 single beds, with its private balcony,
and a third bedroom with a double bed.

Going up to the second floor via the stairs from the living room, we
reach an open rest area or living room that gives access to the suite
with a double bed and a full bathroom connected to the bedroom.

It is an ideal place for family groups where you can enjoy a fantastic
holiday in the center of Sitges, but from the tranquility of this
spacious apartment.

The property has an elevator. There is a small parking space in the
same building for a supplement of €10/day.

* The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid
(1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16
years of age do not pay)
* Check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm
* For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30
* For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Departure information:
* Departure time is 11 am
* Remember to turn off the AC before your departure.
* Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or visible place,
never in the lock.

Smoking - not allowed
Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
