We recently visited Rome and stayed in this apartment. We traveled as a family of four and the space work well for us. The location is truly central- you can walk to everything. The main room is very sunny and welcoming. There is an elevator; which is a nice bonus when visiting Europe. The host was great at communicating with us prior to our visit and during our visit.

This was a wonderful place to stay! It was clean, and convenient to everything we wanted to see. The host Marc was very helpful and check-in and out instructions were straight forward and easy. We had a very nice time!

Wonderful stay

We stayed 3 nights in Rome at the beginning of our Italy trip. Our appartment was close to everything. We walk almost everywhere, and had easy access to bus, metro, and trains.Very responsive, polite, and accommodating host.Would highly recommend for couple or family.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location

This property is conveniently located just minutes from the train station. There are many restaurants around to choose from. The place is very clean. Marc and Tiziano answered all our questions. Very happy with our 3 new night stay.

Roman Haven was truly a haven in the chaos of Rome. It was clean and very spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. The owner and property manager were responsive and provided detailed instructions when needed. An added bonus was that there was an elevator which helped with the transportation of the luggage up to the property!

The apartment surpassed all our expectations. It was large, and well appointed with updated appliances that all worked perfectly. The location near the station was ultra convenient for arrival and departure and was still an easy walk to the major sights. Communication with the owner was extremely fast and accurate. Flawless experience.

The property was very central with easy to follow check in instructions. There was plenty of crockery and utensils to make it easy to use the kitchen and make meals there. The only drawback is that the apartment is next to restaurants and bars so there is constant noise. But that’s the payback for being so central to everything.

Amazing apartment and location!

This apartment is at a great location and would be great for anyone traveling to Rome, it's clean, and spacious. The hosts are very responsive and gave clear check in instructions. The beds are a little uncomfortable, however with the amount of wine and food you eat in Rome, you'll fall into a food coma and sleep just fine.

Cozy apartment

Bellissimo!

Marc and Tiziano were fabulous. They were very attentive to anything we needed. The apartment was clean, the check-in easy and it is 2 blocks away from the Termini. I don’t think that we could have found anything better in our price range that was so perfect.

Decent place in good location.

Apartment was as described, 6-7 minute walk from train station. Plenty of choice of restaurants and used the 'hop-on-hop-off' bus to get around. Main attractions like Colosseum etc. are very busy so ensure you book in advance. Good comms with apartment manager and no issues with anything. Would use againThanks, Nick and Catherine

What we loved about this apartment — great location with easy access to trains and the subway, convenience stores, and restaurants. Air conditioning in the bedrooms worked great. Apartment was exactly as described. The only draw back and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was that the ceiling fan in the main room was incredibly loud when you turned it on, making it impossible to use. With close to 90 degree heat everyday we were in Rome, it would have been nice to have a ceiling fan in that main room that worked. Also, a regular size coffee pot would be helpful.

Very convenient

Very close to the train station and to the bus lines, plus a great little restaurant a couple doors down. As there are many businesses on the same street below the apartment it's a little noisy at night, but nothing that a couple earplugs didnt fix!! The hosts are exceptionally available!

Highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location was perfect—just 20 minutes from the Colosseum and within walking distance to so many great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The train station was only a 5-minute walk, which made getting around super convenient. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The outside street noise from outside can be loud at nights, so bring earplugs if you a light sleeper. Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

Amazing property, central location, great communication

We stayed in this property for 5 nights. The communication with the property owner and property manager was lighting fast. The check in and check out process was extremely smooth. A great place for family of 4-5. All amenities were as listed. Because of the proximity to Termini station our access to local metro, buses and Trenitalia was literally 3 minutes walk. It is a renevoted unit so everything is neat and clean. There is a small elevator so carrying luggage up and down is not an issue. If we were ever to go back to Rome, this is the place we would choose. Yes it is on a busy street and there will be noise but you will be so tired after long walks and with 2 aircons running we never felt anything.

Very central

This was an old apartment and not luxurious by any means, but the owner and greeter were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was very central to all the tourist spots and five minutes walk from Rome Termini train station, so very handy. It is an old apartment and not exactly spotless, but clean to a decent standard. Furnishing is eclectic, a tad eccentric one might say.The mattress was so magically comfortable that I had two great night's sleep despite it being located on a pretty characterful and noisy street. My husband had the same deep sleep experience. Overall we were happy and had a great time and I would recommend this apartment.

Perfectly equipped flat in great location

My son and I stayed here for three nights and it was perfect. The property manager was easy to communicate with and made finding the flat and getting in very easy. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Rome.
