That said, we appreciate your additional comments and we are sorry the cleanliness did not meet your expectations on this occasion. The owner of this property does use a contracted Changeover Agent to prepare the property before each booking and they would have been more than happy to come back and rectify anything that was not cleaned to their usual standard. We will of course provide this feedback to the company so they can make every effort to ensure the cleanliness is up to the usual standard expected for every arrival.
