This spacious 2 bedroom beach apartment is nestled in the beach community of Indian Rocks beach Fl. This duplex has a private large family deck for grilling or just chilling with a cool one. Spacious, floor plan that can sleep 5 comfortably. It has all the comforts of home. Make it a romantic getaway for 2 or bring the family and enjoy the convenience of walking to the beach, restaurants, and shops, rent a boat at one of the local shops or hop on the beach trolley that stops steps from the condo and explore Clearwater beach and St. Pete beach communities. We supply the beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Come visit this little slice of paradise.

Nice property, well stocked and very close to the beach. In a beautiful neighborhood also. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beach Stay

Awesome little spot not far from the beach. Nice and quiet in the evenings. We had an awesome time, lots of places to go that are within walking distance.

Easy beach access

Cute little apartment close to the beach. Easy short walk to beach, ice cream shop directly at beach access makes for a nice day. Would stay again, a little outdated, but, still a comfortable & quaint experience.

Nice place!

The property was just as we expected! Very short walk to the beach on a nice, quiet street. We spent very little time in the house since we were at the beach so often, but the house met our needs perfectly.

Great Location

the location was 1 block from the beach and took 5 minutes for the walk. The apartment was very nice and had sufficient space for 3 couples to enjoy time in the Indian Rocks Beach area. I would rent this property again in the future.

Sad reason, good visit.

The location of this property was perfect! We were in town for the memorial of a friend and the location of the gathering was less than a block away. Access to the beach is just across Gulf Blvd and this place is only a half a block from that road. Was a clean, quiet place to stay. Would definitely stay there again when heading back down that way!

Excellent location and value

Outstanding overall experience at this property. It’s just off the beaten path, but an easy walk to the beach, even carrying a cooler and supplies. The property owner provides beach chairs and an umbrella, which is a huge plus. The setting is peaceful with a huge and well-shaded deck, making outdoor relaxation all the more enjoyable.

Quiet getaway

Quiet weekend getaway. Property was priced fair (could use some updating). Property manager was easy to get in touch with. 5 minute walk to beach. Plenty of restaurants close by. Will stay here again.

Loved visiting IRB, hated having to leave! This home was small but welcoming and great for a quick weekend get away. Very clean and comfortable. Short walk to beach stores and restaurants enough to be Uber free and save money.

Perfect Location for enjoying Indian Rocks

We stayed for the month of February and it didn’t get old! Lovely neighborhood. Easily walk to the beach! Well equipped duplex with great deck. Couldn’t ask for a better retreat. Highly Recommend.

Relaxing time

It was a nice stay. Perfect location. Maybe update the furniture but otherwise we had a relaxing few days. Beach is a block away. We will probably return.

Great little place close to the beach.

My only criticism is that there is no light on the deck which makes it hard to see the stairs when coming & going during the night or when grilling food. Other than that it was a nice, quiet place close to the beach.

Good location, nice layout

It was fine for a couple of days at the beach, beds were not the most comfortable but biggest con was house was sparsely outfitted. Very few dishes or cooking utensils (e.g. no knives except steak knives) and beach chairs were two camp chairs and a broken beach chair.

GREAT SPOT

It was a beautiful place with many things very close. You could walk to nearly anything! The beach, getting food, bike rentals! The only downside was if you get apartment neighbors at the same time and they happen to be a little.. loud 😂 But, overall AMAZING!

My wife and I were quite pleased with the accommodations. My initial problems with the TV I was able to resolve. We really liked the location. The washing machine needs some maintenance. We will definitely be back.

Excellent Florida Rental

Fantastic location in a friendly neighborhood. Every day we met nice people as we were out walking our dogs. Rental was an excellent place to relax at a the end of a busy day. The deck was our favorite gathering place and we spent several evenings playing board games and cards with our family there. Easy walk to the gulf beaches and food. Plenty to do within a short driving distance. Bed was comfortable and we had plenty of space for our two big dogs. Will definitely rent this place again, it was perfect for our needs.

Winter Escape

We enjoyed this cute little apartment. Washer and dryer were a great convenience. The walk to the beach is short and the beach is beautiful. Having the deck expanded our space. However, the deck boards need to be power washed. We did not feel comfortable walking bare foot on the deck. Over all a comfortable and great experience.

Perfect Location Pet Friendly Easy Beach Access

I found this rental when searching for pet friendly accommodations that were close to the beach but still offered privacy. This rental was exactly as advertised in the pictures/description. Everything we needed for our beach vacation…Clean, two bedroom, one bath, kitchen, living room with pullout, washer/dryer in unit, large private deck, large parking area, quiet. Only one other unit shares this location. We stayed in apartment A. Would recommend to anyone wanting close beach access, pet friendly, quiet neighborhood. Contacted the property manager about a couple issues and he was quick to respond & visit. Will definitely consider this rental for future Indian Rocks Beach vacations.

Nice location

This apartment is in a great spot, short walk to the beach and restaurants. It met our needs without breaking the bank. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels but there was no umbrella. There were guests in the other apartment but we never heard them, so that was good. It wasn't dirty but could have been cleaner. .. some caked on dust on the bathroom fixtures and ceiling fans. The stairs off the back deck are beginning to get soft and are a little scary. Overall though, we would stay here again, especially for the price.

Here is just a quick overview of my career along with a few of Carter Vacation strengths in the rental industry. I have been involved in the hospitality field most of my life. After graduating from Boston University back in 1986 I got my start working as a night auditor in a small hotel in Boston. I was instantly fascinated with this industry and wanted to know everything about it. I enjoyed finding new ways to improve the overall experience for the guests and in doing so, I was promoted often. I learned all aspects of each department and through the years I became the General Manager of some well-known hotels and upscale boutique inns. During my corporate career as a General Manager of a Hyatt Hotel in Tampa Florida, I had an opportunity to manage a small beach vacation rental along the shores of the Gulf. Simply put…I was hooked. This became my new passion and career. My wife and I had stayed in vacation rentals in the past with mixed feelings about our stays, I knew there was room for improvement in the Vacation Rental business and I was excited to get started. My team and I have worked hard over the years and I feel our success at Carter Coastal Vacation Rentals is from having a variety of vacation property options that suits each guests needs and budget. We also have chosen to keep Carter Vacation Rental business relatively small in order to maintain a personable connection with each of our new arrivals. I, along with my team understand the importance of anticipating the guest's needs as well as treating each guest with complete respect during their vacation getaway.
