Awesome best villa we have ever stayed in
Wasn’t a thing wrong owners had thought of everything perfect
Lovely villa great location with exceptional owners
This was our fifth trip to Cyprus we’ve stayed in apartments to high end Luxury villas and I have to say villa balmoral is right up there with the best , stunning villa with everything you need in a great location! But what makes this villa so special is it’s owners who go out of there way to make your stay so special ! Fraser and Louise have created something special with this villa and the way they treat there guests .
Fantastic home from home
Villa Balmoral, well what can I say.. The villa itself is beautiful, so well kept, spotlessly clean and for us felt like a home from home. You can see that the owners treat it with love and care. It's the little things, the attention to detail that makes it so special. Fraser and Louise, the owners who live next door, cant do enough for you. Fraser organised us a car, we were even invited out on a boat trip with them and their friends. We had a fantastic times and will most definitely be back..
Amazing villa where you can relax in peace.
This villa is amazing and looks brand new, it has everything you could ever need, it's home away from home. The owners live next door and are so friendly and it was reassuring having them close by to answer any questions.
The kids also loved the villa especially having their own rooms where, they could just chill.
All in all this is a great villa in a great location with everything close by, a great base to explore Cyprus and to relax, we definitely recommend this villa and are already thinking of coming back in the future.
Hi Jas, Many thanks for your feedback and comments. We hope to welcome you back again soon. Please let me know if there is anything else we can do to assist Many thanks again.
We have just returned from a perfect holiday in Cyprus, the sixth time we have visited and this Villa Balmoral is by far the best we have stayed in. It is absolutely perfect in every aspect. Extremely clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is in a great spot, close to all amenities with a lovely view of the sea and sunsets. We had a brilliant, warm welcome from the caretakers from the villa, who were such lovely people, very friendly and extremely helpful with everything that we needed.
We would recommend The Grande restaurant in Pegia village, which is friendly, brilliant for food and drinks and within walking distance from the villa. Also the Sea You Beach Bar, Potima Bay, which is beautiful, peaceful and amazing for watching the sunset (also great for sunbathing as it is not as busy as the nearby beach in Coral Bay!). We would also recommend the Samisan Japanese restaurant in Coral Bay which was really good fun and brilliant entertainment.
We would highly recommend this Villa and hope to return again next year!
It was a fantastic holiday, the villa was amazing, superb, cannot recommend it highly enough. Having the annexe made all the difference with three generations in the same place. Loved it. Perfect Location, quite by chance really. My sister was getting married at Peyia town hall. We were able to walk there easily. Loved Peyia itself, much better than staying in Coral Bay which is so much more commercialised. Would highly recommend Kathikas local taverns, Coralia beach, Yialos Taverna. Absolutely satisfied with the service. Louise could not have been more helpful. Attention to detail, superb fittings and amenities. She answered all our queries promptly and helpfully. Thank you Louise.
Beach (Coral Bay) and Sea: 4km
Shops, Restaurants and Bars: 200m
Coral Bay: 4km
Paphos Aphrodite Waterpark: 16km
Paphos Airport: 22km
Larnaca Airport: 125km
Winding up through the banana plantations after a short drive along the coast road from Paphos brings you to Peyia where Beau View is located on the hillside overlooking Coral Bay. Peyia is a very typical Cypriot village. A beautiful ancient church forms the heart of the village while the narrow streets and alleyways are full of old and interesting houses adorned with colourful flowers and citrus trees. The village is still largely unspoilt with lively tavernas and friendly locals. You can buy all your provisions including fresh meat and bread in the village stores with the early morning aroma of freshly baked bread, sweet and savoury local pastries and cakes coming from the Peyia bakery being almost too much to resist!
The village of Peyia is one of the most picturesque and popular villages in the area. It is spread over a large area with the village centre (only 200m/2-5 minute walk) having many good amenities including Bars (with Wi-Fi) ('The Mill', 'The Jail', 'The Grande'), Restaurants (home to the renowned 'Peyia Tavern', & 'Cousins' as well as Savvas Grill. The Meditteranean Restaurant and a few others also), Takeaways, Shops (Philippos supermarket, Constaninides Bakery, pharmacy, fishmonger, deli) and a bank (to name but a few).
Only a 5 minute drive away is the famous Coral Bay resort with its Sandy beach for all the family as well as its more extensive selection of nightlife and daytime activities. Other things to do in the area include Paphos Bird Park, reptile park, horse riding, Akamas Peninsular & Lara Beach Nature Reserve (famous for turtles), hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, sea caves area, watersports, sailing, wineries and much much more. Amusements and the Waterpark in Paphos are also easily accessible from Peyia, as are numerous archaeological ruins such as the Tombs of the Kings, Paphos Mosaics and the Christian Catacombs.
For golf enthusiasts, Paphos area now offers 4 golf courses. Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley are both approximately a 40 minute drive from Beau View, Tsada golf course (now Minthis Hills) is a short 20 minute drive from Peyia. The newly opened Nick Faldo designed ‘Elea' golf club looks to be the new Jewel in the crown and will put Cyprus firmly on the map as a European golfing destination. The course is near Paphos airport which is just under 30 minutes drive from Beau View.
If you want to get out and explore some fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas Peninsula, Polis, Latchi or even Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations. Troodos is of course the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski!
