The apartment skilfully combines the tradition, with the modern comfort of an equipped kitchen, air conditioning and comfortable shower.
The choice of lighting and designer furniture reflects taste and love of architecture and furnishing. Every detail has been taken care of by local craftsmen who have contributed to make this apartment unique.
Located on the third floor (no lift) of a historic building in Via della Ninna ( Lullaby street), just opposite Palazzo Vecchio, and a few steps from Uffizi, this is the best district of Florence. Amazing views right in the very heart of Florence.
The apartment layout is distributed in a modern way on a surface of 70 square meters.
It has 2 double bedrooms, a large and bright living and dining room with sofa bed ( for 2 guests), two bathrooms both with shower , in addition there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, kettle, toaster and also a Nespresso machine.
Anyone who has a love of beautiful things, refinement, without encroaching on the sophisticated luxury, and appreciates modern architecture combined with the particularities of a historic building, will enjoy this stay.
IMPORTANT note: The apartment is located on the third floor with no elevator and spread across three levels, making it unsuitable for guests with mobility issues.

The cleanliness quality of the pillows needed to be updated. I had to sleep on the pullout couch, which wasn’t bad, but everything felt like it needed a good wash. The pillows were very flat, but also very stained and look like they have been overused. I appreciate you communicating with the host and passing along this information.

Location was great. Property was very cool. Very clean. Good communication with host. Using the washer was an issue until we realized there was a second top loading one, which was easy to use. The only downside to the location is it is across from a bar/club and Friday night there was a group of young men yelling and being rowdy until 4 am. Which is why I gave it a 4 star instead of a five for family. Other than that, which has nothing to do with the host, it was a great place to stay!

The only thing good about this apartment is it's location. Excellent, right next to the Uffizi gallery. The check-in process was smooth. But than we realized that the AC was not working. The place has three ACs but none of them truly worked. We checked in around 7:30 and hosts were not around to help solve it. It was impossible to sleep in hot august summer. The next day morning we went to take a shower just to see that the shower head was broken. Com'on these guys charge an arm and a leg for managing these properties, they can at least keep shower head intact and fixed. That is when we realized we did not have hot water in the unit.We continued to talk to friendly management people. It turns out the hot water switch is in laundry room, which was off. They should have left an instruction somehere - right but no, unfortunately. They sent somebody to fix the showerhead, that was appreciated. But after exchanging several messages and trying lots of things they said, no AC. So two sleepless night, one missed shower :(

Fantastic Property!

My family and I absolutely loved our time at this property. The kids LOVED the loft room space and we (mom & dad) loved that the kid area was split from the master space by the kitchen. It gave some much needed space in the afternoons when we came back to rest. Everything was easy to access, and we were surrounded by history! You will thoroughly enjoy your stay here.

Perfect location for your stay in Florence

We loved staying here during our time in Florence. The location is right in the heart of the city near so many places to visit. You can walk to anywhere you want to visit from this home. The place was great for the three of us and gave us a restful place to return during the day. I highly recommend this property.

Location is GREAT!

The property itself was great, although very loud at night. Communication was not stellar. We were very confused with payment details and when we tried to clarify we basically just got the same response over and over that it was correct. We had the same treatment when our instructions to enter property did not come over to our email properly. We called and were told, "Well, we can see it just fine". We were frustrated but it ended up working out. We truly enjoyed our stay in this rental but wished the details leading up to our stay would have been a bit smoother.

Location, Location, Location

This was the best possible location in Florence. The dining area was too small for 6 adults. Perfect for a family with children. The stairs were not explained in the description. The hosts were extremely accommodating and wonderful to interact with during our stay.

Perfect Stay

This apartment is perfect in every way!! Very clean, excellent location to the center squares, restaurants everywhere. Lots of room for a family. Our granddaughters loved the loft! Communication with the property Mgr was amazing from the beginning. Highly recommend this stay!!

My stay in Florence was truly exceptional, thanks to the perfect location of my accommodation. Situated in the heart of the city, I was just steps away from fantastic restaurants, cozy cafes, charming bakeries, and all the top tourist attractions, including museums and art galleries. This central spot made it incredibly easy to explore Florence's cultural treasures and savor delicious Italian cuisine. The only improvement I would suggest is the air conditioning, which could be more efficient. I highly recommend this location for an unforgettable Florence experience!

Right in the middle of all you want to see

Much of check in is automated. I was a little put off, but all worked smoothly. Our greeter found us looking for the address, showed us the unit and even gave us restaurant recommendations. Around the corner from the Uffizi, right next to Medici palace, short walk to Duomo. Best location!! Minuses- noisy in the morning due to garbage trucks

Right in the heart of Florence

This property is right around the corner from the Duomo. Top floor, which is challenging for travelers with a lot of baggage, but the property is in a great, safe location. We would definitely return.

Great location, close to everything!

Nice property good location. Good management company. Make sure to note the apartment is on the 3rd floor so the stairs will be your friend. For part of our visit the temps were over 100F, the AC struggles in those temps. when the temps moderated the apartment was quiet comfortable. over all would recommend and stay again!
