Prestigious apartment for rent in the central Via Roma in Florence. The property is located on the third floor (with lift) of a prestigious building located a stone's throw from Piazza del Duomo and Piazza della Repubblica.

This apartment has everything you could wish for: absolutely central location, large spaces, lots of comforts, luxury furnishings and finishes.

It can also be divided into two smaller units (a studio apartment and a four-room apartment), the apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms (one of which has a private kitchen) and three bathrooms with shower. Overall this was a great property. It would have been better if all the beds had a blanket available, We asked for blankets and the host tried to accommodate but wound up with three fitted sheets instead. We appreciated the efforts on his part though.

Location, location, location!! If you want to be steps away from the Duomo, this is a great property. Large apartment, beautifully decorated with comfortable bedrooms. Just an FYI, minimal kitchen supplies but we ate most of our meals out. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our time in Florence. The apartment was beautiful and in a great location. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Communication with our host was excellent and check-in was a breeze. The only miscommunication we had was concerning the air-conditioning. It was not available during the time of our stay but management had 3 fans delivered and set up for us within the first 24 hours. I would definitely stay here again. -Denise

Our group of four had an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Florence and extremely walkable to everything we wanted to see. One of our favorite parts was opening the large windows to hear the vibrant sounds of the city; it made us feel truly immersed in the local atmosphere. The property was spotless, elegantly decorated, and offered plenty of space for our group. Communication with the management company was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. We couldn't have asked for a better home base for our trip!

Such a beautiful apartment, around the corner from the duomo. Great location, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.Church bells were a nice wake up in the am.Wish there was a washer, but found a laundromat close by, so all was good.Highly recommend this place.

This is a beautiful apartment and the location near the Duomo can't be beat. My only complaints are minor - the gentleman that checked us in seemed to be in a hurry to leave and the explanations for the apartment felt a bit rushed. There was no coffee pot other than a large and small moka pot which did not work with the induction stovetop, and a single serve moka pot which did work with the stovetop, but was insufficient for six people. There was no toaster (which I discovered after I bought fresh bread). Our shower did not drain well, which unfortunately we discovered after my husband flooded the bathroom. I asked to have a handyman look at it, but we only received more towels, the drain wasn't fixed. All that said, it really is a lovely apartment and the location is wonderful. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, although more pillows (with pillowcases) are needed.

Great property! Location was perfect, busy area but was right where you need to be to visit Florence. Great local coffee bar around the corner. The host was nice gave us all the info we needed but was in a big hurry! Property was clean and very nice!

Can’t say enough good things about this rental. Easily one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The location can’t be beat, it is located a half block from the famous Gilli’s. It’s very modern and tastefully furnished. The 3 bathrooms are very convenient when traveling with a large group. Only negative I can think of is the smell on the first floor of the building. At times it’s overwhelming but once inside you no longer smell it
