The apartment was very spacious, even with five people, and the description was completely accurate. The highlight of our stay was the location. Step outside the door, and you're right in the heart of Florence, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend this apartment to others.

The apartment was in a great location - walkable to everything. It was lovely to sit on the porch with a bottle of wine and snacks from the cute grocer around the corner. As noted by another reviewer the host needs to update the vrbo listing because it says check in at 11 and we planned our day around this before being told check in was at 3. The host did ultimately allow us to drop our bags, which was very appreciated. Some small issues with patio doors and leaking showers - door fixed but we weren’t told a workman was coming and walked into the apartment at 6pm to find a stranger there - would have liked the host to give us a heads up about that. Minor point, but how can an apartment in Italy not have a working corkscrew?! Overall a good choice for our family.

Location was great. Roomie apartment with washer and dryer. Close to grocery, cafe and many other shops just around the corner. Quiet location and lovely balcony overlooking the piazza. Bathrooms were generous and beds comfortable. I would return to this location again.

This place is in a great location and was excellent for our family. The issues mentioned in previous posts are still present: shower leaks and flashing lights in the kitchen. We had trouble at check-in; the listing said 11:00, and I confirmed this in my booking and in my communications. This was the main reason we booked this place. Arriving at 11, I was told we could not check in till 3, and the previous booking was still in the unit. This was a huge headache, given I was with 3 kids and had museum entrance tickets for 12. The wonderful cleaning service, who was also waiting for the unit, was extremely nice and helpful. We were also asked to leave cash on the table for cleaning and the visitor fee; we were very uncomfortable with this, as there was no receipt or tracking for the money left.

The apartment was exactly as stated and pictured. It was clean, well taken care of, and in a great location (close to tourist sites but yet off on a side street and quiet). There was plenty of room for our family of four. We only stayed two nights, but it worked out well. Martina was wonderful to help us check-in and very responsive by text message plus she recommended restaurants and areas for us to visit during our stay.

The location of this property is perfect with walking distance to many restaurants, museums etc. The beds were comfortable. The master shower has a problem with leaking all over the floor & is apparent to the owners but has not been fixed. The floor is warping due to the leak & mildew is growing. Also, the lighting in the kitchen is flickering & was brought to their attention but, no one came to fix it. On another point, I reserved this apartment 6 months ago but they didn’t make a payment on my credit card until a few days before our arrival. So, it cost us more money with the exchange rate difference.

Wonderful location!

We are two couples that were very comfortable in this beautifully located apartment. The modern amenities were offset beautifully by traditional furniture and lovely artwork. It was wonderful to sit on our balcony and have a coffee in the morning and feel a part of Florence!

Hot summer in Florence

The property’s location is ideal for the major sites. Most within walking distance. Many cafes, grocery stores and restaurants were nearby.It was extremely hot and the apartment had great AC. We have stayed at other places that were not as efficient. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. It is in a wonderful location. There is a parking garage around the corner. There is a fabulous cafe a few blocks away. The AC worked well. The beds are very comfortable. It was ideal for our family.

A beautiful old Italian church and quiet courtyard was our view when we entered the roomy apartment. All sleeping areas were comfortable and able to close off from noise. Beautiful property in great walkable neighborhood. Very quiet. It was as advertised. Washer and dryer was great to have as we were on a two week long holiday. On minor item small amount of paper products provided and no laundry products. Over all however was nice.
