Casa Flors - 2 bedroom apartment with free wifi

This beautiful apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests.
It is on the 4th-floor with lift, plenty of light. The master bedroom is spacious and has a double bed with a small balcony. In the living area, there is a sofa and a table which can be opened in a larger setup for 3 guests.
Furthermore, you will find an equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, electric kettle and a Lavazza espresso machine. The living room has a comfortable set up where you can relax, have dinner, use the free WiFi and the air conditioning. It's a very bright living room since the apartment has a lot of natural light and there is also a small balcony. Included in the apartment there are beddings, towels, soaps and everything else you need for a pleasant stay in one of the worlds most beautiful beach cities.

We kindly ask you to read carefully all the descriptions and all the amenities that are included with the property. It will help you choose the best accommodation for your holiday, according to your needs. Also, read very carefully the "House Rules" section. There you will find very useful information regarding our policies and it will prevent any misunderstanding after your booking has been completed.

***VERY IMPORTANT***

The refundable damage deposit is 200 Euros that will be held on a credit card upon arrival.

Tourist tax in Barcelona has been raised to 5.50 € per day per person, up to a maximum of 7 days. This tax must be paid the day of your arrival.
Please note: when checking-in to your apartment, any visitors aged 16 and under must present a copy of their passport showing their date of birth, in order for them not to be charged the aforementioned tourist tax.

The check-in fee is calculated according to the time and day of arrival, along with the apartment you have chosen.
Rates:
20:00 - 23:00: + 10 Euros
23:00 - 01.00: + 25 Euros
01.00 - 09:00: + 35 Euros
Please note clients arriving after 00:00 who fail to inform us previously of their arrival time by email will be charged an additional 50 Euros.
Arrivals on Sunday or bank holidays will have an extra charge of 15€.

Wonderful experience

The property was very clean and well equipped. The communication with the company was helpful and detailed. The apartment is well situated in a calm and fancy neighborhood surrounded by restaurants and cultural sites. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great location, perfect

Gracia is a more residential neighborhood, so there are no huge crowds (Barcelona can get VERY crowded) but it's super close to the metro, plenty of great restaurants, markets etc. A 15 min metro ride to the typical sights. Perfect sized, clean and management was very helpful and communicative.

Great Place to Stay!

This was the perfect size and location for us! We enjoyed that it wasn't in the heart of the tourist area so we got a more local feel in our neighborhood experience. The place is on a hill but not too steep. I actually enjoyed the walk (helped work off some of the amazing local food!) There is a great restaurant across the street and a shop a block away. Check in was a breeze even with me arriving at 2 am (gotta love flight delays). I would stay here again!

Nice Little Apartment

Nice little apartment in a good location near Park Guell. Comfortable bed. Upper floor with good light and a small balcony. Building common area is a little rundown. Tight kitchen good for simple breakfast or snacks.

Cozy and delightful

The check in process was seamless and welcoming. The property was exaclty as described. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. The balcony was charming and the A/C worked well which was essential for the heat wave that rolled through that week. We also loved how kuch closet space we had for our clothes

Excellent Location in Quiet Neighbourhood

The apartment is small but well-appointed. It is situated on a quiet street within easy walking distance of 3 metro stops and Park Guell. The area feels safe and has lots of bakeries, fruit stalls, and grocery stores nearby. There is AC (which is necessary in July!) making it very comfortable. The wifi is good/fast. The apartment is clean and comfortable and good value for the price. Recommend for 2 people. Three would be a crowd.

Great neighborhood place

We enjoyed our stay! Quiet apartment facing the courtyard. Lots of light. Amazing, youthful neighborhood with locally driven restaurants within blocks. Great bakery (Forn de Pa Anna), charcuterie/cheese shop (Bocins), and small groceries nearby to assemble yummy breakfasts at home on the balcony. Easy access to Parc Guell and public transport. Our list of restaurants to try: - La Martina - La Perillosa - La Gracienca - El 37 (save for a Sunday when little else is open!) - La Collectiva Barranco - Cloud (gelato) - La Rovira (craft beers) Plus, we loved Placa da Rovira i Trias as our communal living room for a late afternoon beer or coffee, plus people and pet watching!

Correct accomodation

Casa Flors is located in a very nice living area in Barcelona, close to Park Güell and to Sagrada Familia. There are shops and restaurants in the nearby without the crowd of tourists. Everything in the flat is pretty small, but functional and enough for 3 people. It is precisely described by the inserat. The people of the agency were very friendly and constructive. Good communication without issues. The only downside was the insane high price, what is however, not a specific attribute of this accomodation, but general in Barcelona in the middle of July. Altogether, I can recommend it.

Wonderful stay in Barcelona

Casa Flors was the ideal base for our break in Barcelona, as it was very central, clean and well-equipped for our family of three. We spent four nights in the apartment, and would happily stay there again. The hosts were very helpful, and suggested a wonderful nearly restaurant for dinner on our first night (Taverna El Glop - we went twice!) as well as somewhere to park when we hired a car at the end of our stay. Although we had an issue with the hot water, it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our only suggestion for improvement is that we would have appreciated it if there were more English-language channels on the television for non-Spanish guests. Altogether, though, a wonderful stay!

A good apartment for Barcelona

The apartment is located in a good neighborhood. The metro stations are about 8 blocks away. Plaza Catalunya, Sagrada Familia are about 30 to 40 blocks away. It's a nice walk downhill. The apartment is small and has the essentials to cook breakfast. The apartment was clean but the kitchen utensils and glassware were not. One difference with other apartments I have rented in other parts of Spain and Portugal is that there was no oil, salt, paper, coffee enough for the week that we stayed. It's a bummer to have to buy those things just for so few days. The AC is in the living room, the two bedrooms don't have AC. We were ok because it wasn't hot but I could imagine it must be really hot during the summer. There's no ceiling fan in the bedrooms.

Apartment in Barcelona

Clean appt with comfortable beds and tiny kitchen. Walking distance to Park Guel. Further away from Sagrada and the Gothic Quarter, we used taxi to get there. The person who was assigned to check us in was very nice, he messaged us ahead of time and made the whole process easy. Our main problem was communication with the driver and the Agency itself. The Agency offered transportation from the airport to the apartment for 75E. I decided to accept the offer thinking it’d be safe and convenient. It turned out to be a headache. We couldn’t locate the driver at the airport. He was supposed to hold the sign and the only person holding the sign was not our driver. We even walked to check on a van parked outside the airport. We had no way to communicate with the driver. Our checking-in person had no information about our ride. The Agency didn’t bother to respond. We ended up taking taxi which was accessible, safe, and cheap. At the end the Agency charged us 75 E for the ride we did not use. The most upsetting part was the communication after I expressed disagreement with the charges. The responses from the Agency were rude and accusatory. I was blamed of not going to the correct location, turning off my phone ( totally unsubstantiated, how else would I communicate with the check-in person?), and wanting to get out of the airport as soon as possible. I wouldn’t recommend staying at the apartment managed by this particular agency due to their communication and customer service.

Schönes Appartement in toller Lage

Das Appartement sieht genau wie auf den Fotos aus. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super schnell und unkompliziert. Der Check in war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt für alle, die es ruhig mögen und schnell zu den interessanten Orten in der Stadt wollen.

Toll war es in Barcelona!

Super Wohnung für 3

Tolle Lage in Gracia, nicht touristisch, das Restaurant gegenüber ist unglaublich gut! Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit Metro, Bus oder zu Fuß (Parc Guëll) gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig nach hinten heraus, der kleine Balkon ist super zum Frühstücken.
