Great space and location

Apartment is beautiful, the location is within walking distance to almost all the neighborhoods and public transit. Highly recommended.

Perfect place for a couple

Bright, big, comfortable and rights in town. A short walk to the main attractions, along with shopping. Lots of food options as well. Big tv too if you want to kick back a bit.

Valencian Vacation

We enjoyed a long stay in Valencia. We loved the apartment which was spacious, clean, and as advertised in VRBO. Communication with managers, Gemma and Geraldine, was great. Checking check out was easy. We were close to all things happening!: restaurants, historic center, Ruzafa, and a surprise, the Fallas. While it was very noisy with lots of people and loud (booming) firecrackers at all hours, the Fallas was an amazing experience. Highly recommend this place if you are looking to be in the heart of things. (PS. Earplugs worked during Falla 😊).

A lovely apartment and a beautiful remodel. The location was very convenient to the train station, but because they were working on the station and the tracks, we found it difficult to get around the construction to the Metro, to the Russafa district, etc. it was close to the big market and not a bad walk to the Civic Center Plaza. The science museum, auditorium and zoo are further away than we anticipated. We only stayed two nights, so we didn’t have much time to explore. The apartment is very nice, and it had all the items you need for a longer stay. The separate bedroom was a plus!

Disappointed.

Regrettably, not great - first thing that struck us was the smell as we entered - tried keeping doors closed etc but it didnt go away. The blinds are pulled in the photos for a reason - you are directly overlooked by properties being actively renovated at the back where there is a small balcony. At the front (the nice photo with the small chair) is the bedroom which overlooks the street bins, so nowhere nice to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The safe didn’t work and having contacted the property manager there was no prospect of getting it fixed so we carried valuables around with us (until we moved out). It was a trip for my wife’s birthday- we moved out after one night (booked for 3). Air conditioning worked well, and apt conveniently located, but we won’t be going back.

We are sorry to hear that your stay was not to your liking. If you had informed us of the problems we could have tried to find solutions. We had a problem with the safe with the previous tenant and as it was a weekend we could not have the service of the technician. It has been solved now. Are you sure the smell was from inside? We never had any complain on this matter. By the way, the photo with the small table is taken on the living room side, there is no balcony on the street side. We are really surprised by this review.

Hermoso departamento y muy bien ubicado

Este departamento es muy lindo y cómodo. Tiene todo lo necesario para su estadía. Está bien ubicado cerca del casco histórico y de la estación de tren. Varias líneas de buses pasan cerca del mismo. El metro está a unos pasos. Hay varios supermercados cerca. Las fotos muestran tal cual es el departamento. El mismo es luminoso y limpio. El check in y el check out son sin contacto. La comunicación con Geraldine y Gema es muy buena. Datos a tener en cuenta: a) El departamento está en un primer piso por escalera y la misma es bastante angosta. b) Por la noche muchas personas pasan por la calle hablando, cantando y gritando y las ventanas no tienen doble vidrio. Esto hace que todas las conversaciones se escuchen y sea difícil descansar. Si corrigiesen el problema del ruido de la calle de noche no dudaría en volver a alojarme en este departamento.

Hola Alejandro, gracias por tu comentario, me alegro que hayas disfrutado de tu estancia. En cuanto al ruido de la calle, comentarte que sí, las ventanas tienen doble vidrio. Quizás hayas tenido mala suerte porque esta calle situada en pleno centro de la ciudad no suele ser ruidosa.

Great location!! The apartment was close enough to the city center to reach everything on foot. Plenty of space for 2 people, a large comfortable bed with great kitchen amenities, and sparkling clean.Really lovely, helpful staff. it got everything you need.Note - If you have shopped out and just wish to have chilled evening in then, take a Chromecast dongle or Firestick as there are no English TV channels.Finally, We really enjoyed our stay here! l There's lots to do!

Well situated and comfortable apartment

This apartment was very well renovated as shown on the photos with extremely comfortable furniture and bed. The A/C was great as was the WIFI. We had a minor issue with WIFI but it was dealt with in a timely manner. The kitchen is well equipped, and water and beer were left for us in the fridge, which was appreciated. Shower was great with lots of hot water. I think the only downside is the very unappealing back yard which meant that we did not use the little patio area. The apartment is located in an Asian area, so it was great for Chinese and Japanese food. Within walking distance of the main attractions in Valencia and quite close to both metro and train stations.

Great location

Loved the location however the shower was quite small and with no where to place any soap items you must place on floor and then the door opens when you have to bend down to grab it. The coffee maker needs to be replaced and the oven needs to be reset( as per instructions)!! Loved the tub

Everything was perfect. The flat is very cozy and stylish, well equipped for longer stays. It was super easy to find a flat and check in. Location close to the old town and minutes walk from a hip Ruzafa district. And the best part (as my wife said) is a big, comfy bed in a cozy bedroom. We had a good time visiting Eino's apartment in Valencia. Thanks!

Wow, we had a fantastic stay in the apartment! A full equipped, well styled and renovated apartment at an A-location, good communication with Géraldine and a great bed. We definitely recommend this apartment to everybody and we hope we come back if we visit Valencia again!

This is a wonderful apartment in a very central location. I stayed for a work trip for almost a week and it felt just like being home. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. Super clean. Everything is high quality. I highly recommend!
