Unit Layout
You will be staying in the "Belvedere Comfort" apartment, a 3-room unit with an area of 38 square meters, located on the ground floor. This apartment underwent partial renovation in 2022 and features modern furnishings. The living/sleeping room is equipped with a sofa bed, a pull-out bed, a dining table, satellite TV, and air conditioning. It also has an exit leading to the terrace. There is one double bedroom and another room with one bed and one set of bunk beds (two beds stacked). The open kitchen comes with a dishwasher, four gas rings, and a microwave.

Amenities Included
The apartment has a shower room with a bidet and a toilet. It is fitted with forced-air heating for your comfort during cooler months. Outside, there is a terrace measuring 7 square meters, complete with terrace furniture and deck chairs (two provided). From the terrace, you can enjoy views of the swimming pool and the garden. For added convenience, the apartment has a safe and reserved parking at the house. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.
