Great location and stay!

The place was super nice! Perfect walking distance from the shops and the lake. Plenty of space for 3 adult guys. Michele was fantastic! We were there during the hottest 2 weeks, Michele was super nice in bringing us some fans to help move the air around and cool off during the evenings and was always very prompt in answering any questions we had. Would absolutely stay again!

The apt is a great size. Has lots of windows. A wonderful wrap around terrace. On a main road but quieted at night ten minutes to center.

Spacious Apartment, Convenient Location, Good Value, Generous Host

We are a family of 5 with children aged 16, 13 and 9. The apartment has a large living room and 3 separate bedrooms and was very comfortable for us. The wifi was very good as was the heating. We had a car with us which was no problem as there is plenty of parking in site. That said the train station and supermarkets are within easy walking distance, as are bars and restaurants and other services (including post office and banks). The Lake and tourist centre of town are a 10 minute walk. The town is a great base for visiting nearby centres, including those around the lake and further afield. Venice was easily reached by car in 90 minutes. Our host Michele could not have been more hospitable. He treated us like family, even taking me to the dentist for an emergency check-up. Thanks Michele, we had a great time staying at your place.

Spacious apartment

Excellent value large modern family apartment 5 minutes from train station, 10 minutes to town and 2 minutes to supermarket and bus stops linking all lake towns and beyond. 3 good bedrooms and spacious lounge, kitchen and bathroom with bath and separate shower with all equipment needed for a pleasant stay in quiet complex. Free onsite safe parking. Nice wrap around private balcony too. Only minor was no air con and got hot in August but we knew that when we booked. Get mosquitoe spray/liquid if going in summer months too. No kettle or microwave either. Responsive host replied within minutes on WhatsApp with good suggestions. Ideal place to stay with or without car as near all public transport which is very reliable and cheap, cost us 20 euros and 30 minutes by bus to Verona airport for the family. Visited Venice on day trip as family of 6 for 51 euros each way! Nice cheap pizza restaurant Azzuria around the corner and plenty of other eateries within a few minutes. Town a 10 minute walk if that. Travelled by bus to all lake towns including Sirmione, Malcesine (then 20 minute ferry to limone) and lazise which is up the road. Gardaland also next stop on the bus for kids. Thank you Michel for a wonderful stay!

Eigentlich ganz ok für den Preis..

An sich kann man sich wirklich nicht beschweren für den schmalen Taler . Es könnte nur ein wenig mehr Liebe und Sauberkeit im diese Wohnung einkehren

Insgesamt war alles in Ordnung, aber es wäre gut, die Wohnung etwas zu modernisieren. Alles ist sehr alt und es riecht sehr stark beim Schließen.

Appartement proche du centre

Le loueur est tres sympa et serviable. Il se tient à disposition des locataires. L'appartement est ancien et manque un peu d'entretien. Si on est pas trop regardant sur le confort et la présentation, cela suffit pour y passer quelques jours en etant proche du centre ville.

Renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr alt und dreckig. Der Abfluss der Dusche war mit Haaren verstopft. Überall Spinnen, ein Badheizkörper mit reichlich Staub, die Toilettenbrille war aus Holz und mit Löchern und Rissen. Die Matratzen unter den durchgelegenen Matratzen waren beschädigt und das Sofa war unter dem Überwurfbezug völlig kaputt. Der Überwurfbezug hatte auch reichlich Löcher und Risse. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus an einer Hauptstraße. Sehr laut und schlecht isoliert.

Wir haben den Urlaub genossen

Das Objekt liegt sehr zentral und damit ist vieles zu Fuß (Stadt, Restaurants, Strand) erreichbar. Die Straße vorm Haus hat uns nur mittelmäßig gestört, da die 3 Schlafzimmer nach hinten rausgehen. In der Wohnung ist soweit alles vorhanden was man braucht. Einzige kleinere Kritik, es sind mal wieder hier und da Investitionen in die Wohnungseinrichung notwendig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war immer möglich und problemlos.

Gern wieder

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer tollen Lage, grade mal 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis Zentrum und etwas länger bis zum Stand. Die Wohnung ist sehr einfach eingerichtet, das wichtigste ist da und ist sehr sauber. Die Küchenuntersilien befinden sich im Wohnzimmer in den Schränken. ☺️Leider erst am letzten Urlaubstag entdeckt. Der Gastgebern ist sehr nett und es ist alles reibungslos und unproblematisch abgelaufen. Von Peschiera del Garda kann man viele tolle Tagesausflüge unternehmen. Alles in einem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub und gern wieder.

die Lage der großen Wohnung ist gut,nicht weit vom Ortszentrum und vom Bahnhof. Man könnte ruhig mal ein paar Euro für die Renovierung des Bades und Ausstattung der Küche investieren !!!

Wunderbare Zeit in Peschiera!

Wir waren im Winter in Peschiera, 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, und haben 100% den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Michele lief perfekt, die Wohnung ist räumig und warm, zwei Supermärkte sind in der Nähe, auch eine hervorragende Konditorei. Man kann sowohl zu Fuss Peschiera und den See erreichen, Bus und Zugverbindung funktionieren perfekt und es gibt viele interessante Ziele in der Umgebung. Grazie mille a Michele!

viel Platz in großer Wohnung mit Balkon

Die Wohnung hat unseren Erwartungen wirklich entsprochen! Bei drei Schlafzimmern kann man sich mit einer größeren Familie gut aufteilen. Herr Peres hat sich immer sehr schnell gemeldet, und auch geholfen, weil in der Küche etwas gefehlt hat. Er konnte uns auch vom Bahnhof abholen, obwohl dieser ja gar nicht weit entfernt ist. Sehr unkompliziert. Beim Fernseher fehlten zwar deutsche TV-Sender, das ist für uns im Urlaub jedoch nicht wichtig. Die Wohnung liegt zwar an einer Hauptstraße, aber die Schlafzimmer sind auf der Rückseite. Man braucht zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten zu Supermärkten, Bushaltestellen, Bahnhof, Stadtzentrum, Apotheke, Krankenhaus. Sehr praktisch für Touristen, die ohne Auto anreisen. Zumal in Peschiera stündlich Buslinien von drei Gesellschaften in viele Orte am Gardasee (Sirmione, Garda, Malcesine) und weiter bis nach Verona, Brescia oder Mantua fahren.

Clean, good location and spacious

Owner Michele met us at the property and showed us around. It’s a short walk from Peschiera train station and is close to all the amenities and Lake Garda itself. The rooms are a good size (we are a family of four - children are 13 and 10). The balcony was a plus - although the sun didn’t really come out until our last day, sadly, so it was little used. Michele was very helpful, providing information about car hire and other recommendations. For our first trip to Lake Garda, the property provided an excellent base for us. Grazie Michele!

Good apartment and ideal location.

We received a warm welcome from Michel and parents and the apartment is a great size clean and very comfortable. This really suited us a family of 5 sometimes eating in and we easily walked to lake/beeches/town to restaurants and shops ideal location also good for touring surrounding areas as train station again a 5 minute walk or parking at property for a car. We would stay here again when visiting this area without a doubt!!

Very spacious apartment close to all amenities.

The apartment was larger than I expected and the balcony had an equal amount of sun and shade (if required) throughout the day. In fact most of our time was spent outside. The supermarket, train station, town, lake and bus stop are all very close. There are a few restaurants 5 minutes away which look over the lake and the sunsets are incredible. Michele was kind enough to pick us up from the station and take us to the apartment. After a quick overview of how things worked he left us safe in the knowledge we had made the right decision. His office is in the same building so if we needed to contact him, we could. He also offered us a lift to the station at the end of our stay. Overall everything was great and I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. Thank you Michele.

ECCELLENTE!!!

E' stata una vacanza meravigliosa, l'appartamento è grande, pulito e fornito di tutto ciò che può servire. In una ottima posizione, a nemmeno 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Peschiera ( da dove parte il bus gratuito che in 15 minuti porta a Gardaland), vicinissimo a supermercato, bar tabacchi e banca. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, sono venuti a prenderci alla stazione e ci hanno accompagnati all'appartamento anche se siamo arrivati molto presto e in giornata festiva. Ci hanno lasciato l'appartamento per tutto il pomeriggio senza nessuna aggiunta permettendoci di godere a pieno dell'ultimo giorno di vacanza. Il prezzo è veramente onesto. Ci torneremo molto volentieri.

Groter dan gedacht.

Onze eerste indruk was dat het appartement veel groter was, dan wij op de foto's hadden ingeschat. Verhuurder spreekt goed Engels, is netjes en kordaat. Tijdens onze vakantie was het erg warm. Er was een hittegolf. Vanaf het appartement is het ongeveer 10 minuten lopen naar het Gardameer. Wij hebben geen snellere route gevonden. Veel buiten op het balkon gezeten. Deze is L-vormig waardoor je of met de zon mee of met de schaduw mee kan zitten. Een belangrijke tip voor Nederlanders die graag 's ochtends beginnen met een kop koffie. Het appartement beschikt niet over een koffiezetapparaat, maar naast het appartement zit een soort lunchroom waar ze Italiaanse koffie hebben. Pretpark Gardaland ligt op loop afstand van het appartement. Er is een mobiele airco die op twee verschillende slaapkamers kan gezet worden. Daar zitten ansluitpunten voor de luchtafvoer. Ook zijn er twee ventilatoren. wij hebben ze alle drie dag en nacht aangehadin verband met de hitte van 35 graden en hoger. Prima douche. Het bed in de grote slaapkamer is voor Italiaanse begrippen mega te noemen. Wij lange Nederlanders kunnen op onze rug er in liggen. Het bed heeft een ombouw, waardoor je met je voeten snel tegen het achterboard aan zit. Televisie heeft de mogelijkheid om de audio instelling van Italiaans naar Engels te zetten, waardoor films en series goed te volgen zijn. De keuken heeft grote pannen, makkelijk om te koken. Van de omgeving hebben we minder gezien dan we hoopten. Dat bewaren we voor een volgende keer. Peschiera is een heel erg gezellig stadje. En eigenlijk is allesop loopafstand te doen. Zeker een aanrader.

Eine angenehme Woche

Bereits die Kontakte im Rahmen der Anmietung der Wohnungen waren unkompliziert; wir erhielten immer sehr rasch Antwort von Herrn Peres. Und so verliefen dann auch Empfang und am Ende die Verabschiedung sehr unkompliziert. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich; Herr Peres war während des Aufenthalts problemlos für uns erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach ausgestattet. Aber das, was man für den Alltag benötigt, ist da; gewünscht hätten wir uns noch eine Kaffeemaschine oder einen Kaffeefilter; Espresso alleine ist nicht unser Ding. Angenehm war es, sich auf dem Balkon (auf zwei Seiten des Hauses) bei einem guten Buch entspannen zu können. Was uns in unserem Urlaub besonders wichtig ist, das ist eine saubere Wohnung. Hier sind unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt worden. "Danke" für eine angenehme Woche. Übrigens: Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig - Bushaltestelle und Bahnhof sind rasch zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso wie Einkaufsmärkte. Ins Stadtzentrum ist man zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten.

Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto della casa. Molto grande e pulita , con ampio salone dove vedere la tv la sera . Vicino al centro di peschiera a piedi. Molto gentile il padrone di casa e disponibile. Da consigliare.
