Villa Casa Vilas Boas is located in a quiet and tranquil area in Albufeira. This villa is within a 10 minutes walk from the famous Fisherman's beach and the centre of the town, as 5 minute walk from the new Strip, where all the restaurants, bares and clubs are. This villa provides a unique experience where you can enjoy a vacation in a quiet and a city environment, in a relaxed atmosphere. Refundable breakage deposit of 700 euros is required if family group, if single parties and or under 27 years it is 150 euros each payable in cash upon arrival or bank transfer a week before check in. This deposit is refnded 24 to 48 hours after check out. Swimming Pool heating, 150 euros per week.

Beautiful villa in the best location

The villa is extremly well presented. 4 great bedrooms with ensuites.The location is perfect for beaches the strip and the old town. The BBQ is a must if you stay here. Roof terrace is inaccessible but wasnt an issue for us as the poolside is beautiful.

Fab family holiday

We loved our stay. Perfect location for us. Big super market in walking distance, 2 mins in a taxi to either the old town or the new town. But nice and quiet and relaxing in the villa. Perfect for our family.

We were a group of teenage girls and we enjoyed it so much! The location was perfect, the property manager was super nice and it was very cheap!

Great Location and lovely villa

Fabulous stay at a lovely villa. Great facilities. Not enough glasses and plates for outside but should have asked for them as owner said she could have supplied extra if asked. The only downside was a bit of noise from the garage behind the villa but not enough to spoil our stay. Would use again

Good for groups of young adults but not for people/families who want quality. Didn’t appreciate how close to the petrol station and main road it was! Very noisy when around the pool. Maintenance man had to replace all shower heads as water was spraying everywhere, flooding bathrooms. Tiles cracked in one shower cubicle. Sewer smell in kitchen, bed had to be tightened. We were told we would be charged for marked towels and sheets yet the towels had bleach stains and the sheets were cheap and stained. Mismatched, cheap crockery, wine glasses. Ant infestation in kitchen (no food was left out). Kitchen bin broke. Sunbeds old and dirty. Expensive villa (over 3000 out of school holiday time) for what it is. It needs a good repainting and maintenance in between turnaround of clients. Wouldn’t return and that’s a shame because the structure of the villa is large and impressive, the inside and contents let it down

Wir waren eine Woche in dem Haus und haben unseren besten Urlaub erlebt, die Lage ist super, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar, City auch fußläufig erreichbar, alles rund um top, wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Haus und würden es immer wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen.
