The owner was lovely and accomadating. The property itself fit my needs perfectly and was a short walk away from a metro station. I enjoyed my stay and would gladly stay here again if I ever return to Madrid.

This is a 5 star place, clean, you have everything what you need, close to the metro station. It had only one problem, which was the thin walls. The walls so thin we heard everything from the neighbors. Btw the neighbors were the host family, and when i said to them that we want to sleep (10 p.m.), they just continued everything.

They were very nice and helpful with directions. There was a whole in the wall that you can see cables. It was very clean, but it was 95 degrees and there was no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan, felt very muggy. It is a few min to train station to go downtown. It is definitely not a tourist neighborhood, it can feel intimidating at first, but we were fine, there’s a close grocery store and cheap places to eat.

Tiny but amazing

Juan and Alba were amazing. The place is small for someone tall (6ft) but filled with storage. The unit comes with more appliances than the description shows. The place is near a metro station and the area is full of stores. Juan and Alba are very responsive and they will make sure you have a great stay at their place.

Good affordable option in a Madrid neighborhood

The apartment is located 7 min from the metro and there is a lot of supermarkets and stores around. It’s a time ground house with only a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a bed for 2 and a sofa. Some of the silverware was a bit dirty and we had to wash it before hand. The hosts were very friendly and were always available to help with pretty much anything.

My stay here was incredible! The property is very nice, it had everything that we needed. The only thing is that they should put the number of the house on the property so that it could be easier to locate. I had a hard time finding it because the location did not have the number. Aside from that, I would stay here again! It was well located, with everything you need nearby. It wasn’t too hard to get to the center of Madrid. The hosts were very kind and helpful, I would recommend it to anyone!

Small basic apartment with all necesities in a quiet area, well equipped kitchen, with a fridge that had orange juice and milk. Ground coffee and pastries for breakfast. Good wifi connection, hot water for the shower and good pressure. Nice warm sheets for the bed. Space heater works very well. Short walk to the main street with restaurants, stores, bars, groceries. All these at prices for the normal people outside the tourist areas of Sol, Mayor, etc. Metro station close by (Vellacas) for line 1 to go either to Atocha or Chamartin station or Plaza del Sol . Bus line 10 will take you to Cibeles and from there walk to Gran Via and all attractions. Alba was very helfull by providing us informacion to stores nearby, transport etc.

Alba y Juan fueron muy amables pero las condiciones del apartamento son de regulares para bajas. En toda la propiedad hay mucha humedad (condensa por las paredes), poca agua caliente para el baño (que nunca se seca debido a la misma humedad de la casa) y la cocina cuenta sólo con dos hornallas (no tiene horno). El barrio muy tranquilo, ameno y con buena conexión con el centro a partir del Metro.

La propietaria fue maravillosa, muy amable y atenta. El lugar era genial, con todo lo necesario. Y lo mejor… el desayuno incluido! Con galletas y bollos, leche, pan, etc. La verdad que repetiremos sin duda alguna!

Séjour madrilène

Logement fonctionnel à proximité du métro et à 2,3 kms à pieds du parc Retiro. Le quartier est calme et l'accès au centre historique de Madrid rapide.Alba nous a très bien reçus et renseignés.Je recommande vivement cet hébergement pour un couple ou une personne seule.
