Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Cava Baja street), right in the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and best-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



This spacious studio attic is located in a historic building over 300 years old, newly reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from the Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.



Ideal for couples, friends, or families with children.



It was inaugurated in March 2024.



The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Additionally, it features AEROTHERMIA renewable energy and is very quiet despite being in the heart of the historic center.

Loved our stay here - the little apartment was super-clean, ideally located, and had all the amenities we needed. It's very close to a luggage storage facility, a grocery store, several restaurants and, most importantly, a lovely little bookstore :-)The management team was extremely helpful and responsive in the days leading up to and during our stay. We greatly appreciated their help as it was our first time in Madrid and we had a lot of questions. They even facilitated arranging tours for us!

Everything was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, everything in the suite was well thought out for a great stay. The location is superb. Communications with staff were excellent, clear and efficient. That I had to leave! It was so comfortable, it was like being at home.
