Situated in a very local area in the historic city center, in a magnificent newly built building with elevator and rooftop swimming pool + solarium.
The living room features a sofa bed, TV, and a large dining table. The open-plan kitchen integrated into the living area is modern and fully equipped (fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.). The apartment is also equipped with a hairdryer, iron, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating.
The interior bedroom has a 150x190 cm double bed. The second bedroom is located at one end of the living room and is separated by two large curtains that create a cozy and private space. It features two single beds (90x190 cm) and a large elevated window with views of the main street. From the living room, there is also access to a modern bathroom with a comfortable walk-in shower.
The apartment is located on the first floor of an elegant, newly built building with a beautiful interior courtyard featuring an olive tree, from which the different apartments are accessed.
In the basement, there is a shared area with washing machines, dryers, and portable drying racks. You will also find cleaning utensils there (broom, dustpan, mop, etc.), stored there due to space, for you to use whenever needed.
The neighborhood is a very local and lively area in the city center, with a wide gastronomic offer, bars and restaurants, culture, and local lifestyle. From here, you can easily walk to the main points of interest in the city.
We are not a hotel nor a serviced apartment. Additional cleaning services or other extra services are available upon request.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in the guest being directly responsible for any damage or incident caused, with penalties and possible eviction.

Access to the Apartment
Access to the building and the apartment is via a code, which we will send you before arrival. There is no in-person reception, but we are always available if you need assistance.
Please enter the code correctly: repeated incorrect attempts will block the lock for 15 minutes for security reasons.
