This is a unique property in the city of Seville. At the moment you set foot in this house, you will be impressed by its entrance, with a wonderful patio adorned with a vertical and natural garden. As you explore the different plants, you will reach the attic, where an incredible terrace with solarium awaits you. Passing through the main rooms, the spacious living and dining room, the fully equipped kitchen and the comfortable rooms with private bathroom, you will feel enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and comfort. In addition, the house has a private elevator that will take you to all floors except the attic. Our house has two terraces, one in the attic where you can enjoy the good weather of the city, and another on the intermediate floor, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a quiet meal. The house is private and exclusive to our guests. We have a wide and well-lit entrance with easy pedestrian access. At Casa Arenal Luxury, your comfort and satisfaction are our priority. Best place to stay in Seville

The house was amazing! In a perfect location close to restaurants/bars/tourist attractions, everything in a 5/10 minute walk. It was clean and spacious and the roof terrace was perfect for enjoying the morning sun.

Great accommodation - just a whole house with a roof terrace to yourself. It was really great. Wonderfully furnished and chic. We can only recommend the accommodation. The only thing that's a bit of a shame is that the pool looks much bigger in the photos and is actually a paddling pool for a maximum of 4 people. But otherwise everything is really great

Excellent home in a great location

This home allows you to enjoy Seville like a local. You are surrounded by authentic tapas restaurants and very close to the River, Cathedral and Alcazar. Excellent air conditioning and WiFi. Terrific property.

Lovely apartment

Lovely property in a great location. Layout a little annoying as there is a good bit of going up and down levels. No mirror in main bedroom and no full length mirror in apartment. Missed that as bridal party getting ready in apartment. However really enjoyed our stay here in this absolutely gorgeous city.

Very nice property

This private home in Sevilla was a very nice property. The pictures are very representative of the property. The property manager was very attentive and responsive to our needs and request. The home was clean and orderly. The washer and dryer were operable and in great condition. The AC was outstanding. This property was one step below outstanding and could be rated outstanding with just a very little bit of attention form the property manager. All in all we would stay at the property again on our next visit to Sevilla.

A clean, modern home in the center of Sevilla

This was a wonderful home base from which to explore Sevilla. We are a family of 5, and we were very comfortable in the 3 level unit with a rooftop deck. While it has a garage enclosed in glass (yes, really) on the ground floor, the street is narrow and it appears the garage has never been used, we were told to park at a local garage about 7 min from the house. Other than the parking issue, the place was wonderful. Fully air conditioned, beautiful views from the rooftop, really new and modern with full kitchen, large bathrooms, and comfortable living room area. It was an excellent home base from which to explore Sevilla, and I highly recommend it!

Luxury town-house with balcony and roof top terrace in the center of Sevilla

Perfect location, walking distance to all you want to see and you need, spacious villa with wonderful details, very well equipped Pillows at balcony and terrace get wet a times because of fog in the morning and take a while to dry. A box to stow them would not only help to keep them dry but in better shape too The wifi is not connecting at the roof terrace. It does work perfectly any other place but the roof terrace.

Amazing house!!

This house could not have been more perfect. It was beautiful, clean, and in a fantastic location. We were less than 5 minute walk to grocery store, restaurants and bars. The local sights are a 10 minute walk. The area is beautiful and very clean! This is one of the best homes I’ve stayed in on VRBO!!

Wonderful home in the perfect location

Large spacious home on a very quiet street within walking distance to everything you want to see in Seville. Excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance and grocery stores as well. The air conditioning was great and there is a small plunge pool on the roof! It has all the amenities you need for a great stay and we loved our 4 nights at this property.

The best stay!

Spacious, renovated with luxurious decoration, comfortable for the whole family, and great location Just a few suggestions: a couple of chairs where the garage would be located, since we used to keep shoes and don't get things dirty in the house. Also recommend some work with the ants, they are everywhere in the house... not a big thing, though!

Beautiful property great neighborhood

Beautiful property everything was as described. Great location within walking distance of Cathedral and many shops and restaurants. We were able to arrange pick up and drop off to the airport with property owners which was very convenient.

Un logement exceptionnel proche des principaux monuments et des commerces de proximité...

Une emplacement de choix pour partir à la découverte des principaux monuments du Centre... Un plaisir de se détendre et de profiter de la douceur sur les terrasses. L'ascenseur fut fortement apprécié... Une belle adresse à recommander avec des commerces à quelques pas de la maison, un excellent caviste et bonne boutique de jambons... Merci à Juan pour son accueil. Il manque juste un miroir sur pieds dans les chambres et le dressing... (car il faut bien quelque chose pour s'améliorer).

We thought the property was simply stunning and occupied a great location steps from all the main attractions of Seville. Every part of the house was beautifully designed, stylish and well maintained. and our every need was catered for. Cleanliness was perfect and we would return in a heartbeat.
