Villa in Tuscany Summ

Summary:
Situated half way between Florence and Siena, Villa Sole is the perfect villa in Tuscany for your next holiday in Italy. The property can sleep up to 20 guests comfortably but should you be a smaller group, please get in touch as we can offer discounted rates for groups of 12 or 16.

The Space:
This villa in Tuscany measures 600 square metres. The current owners have elegantly restored to the villa to its current glory, carefully preserving original features such as beamed ceilings and stone floors.

As you enter this villa in Tuscany there is large entrance hall which leads to a charming living room. Exposed stone walls, beamed ceilings, a focal fireplace and archways provide a charming place to relax in each others company. There is another larger lounge on this floor as well as a kitchen and bedroom suite. The latter boasts its own sitting room with fireplace, sofa bed and kitchenette as well as a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. The main kitchen is well equipped for up to 20 guests. In the warmer months, guests will want to dine outside but for those staying in the cooler months of the year, there is a spacious dining room.

Upstairs, there are seven bedrooms on the first floor of this villa in Tuscany all boasting their own ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with a safe, satellite TV, WIFI and mosquito screens. Three of the rooms have kingsize beds, one has twin beds which can be joined together if required and the remainder have double beds. One room also has a mezzanine level furnished with a day bed. There is another living area on this floor.

On the lower floor of this villa in Tuscany, guests will find a wellness centre and spa comprising a jacuzzi, sauna, gym, automatic Shiatsu massage bed, changing area and shower room. This is for the exclusive use of guests. Treatments are available on request for an additional charge.

Outside, there is an independent apartment adjoining the main villa. Measuring 125 square metres, it is home to a living room, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with both shower and bath tub.

Outside, there are spacious grounds to enjoy at this villa in Tuscany along with your own private pool. There is also a table tennis table.

Please note that the owners will provide a complimentary clean and complete change of towels midway through your stay. Air conditioning and heating are additional costs to be payable locally. Both cost 500 euros per week. City taxes must also be paid locally on arrival (1.5 euro per person per night) along with a security deposit of 1000 euros.

The Neighborhood:
This villa in Tuscany is ideally situated for exploring some of Tuscany's most important towns and cities including Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Certaldo and Volterra. It is also located just a 3 minute drive from Tavarnelle Val di Pesa where you will find all the shops and amenities you should need. Sambuca val di Pesa is 10 minutes away where you will find tennis courts, whilst it is a 30 minute drive to the train station and hospital in Poggibonsi and a 40 minute drive to the nearest golf course - Golf Ugolino Florence.

Other Things to Note:
Staff are on hand to help guests in any way required from booking tickets for museums to organising cooking classes. All guests are also welcome to enjoy a complimentary half day wine tasting.
