A 7 bedroom villa for larger families or groups holidaying together with amazing sea views from the poolside terrace and all rooms. The infinity pool has an extra surprise - a clear glass wall so you can watch the world go by as you swim.

Villa Luxury is a new addition to our selection of villas for larger families or groups. It is located in the quiet Kiziltaş area, above the town giving a bird's eye view over the whole of Kalkan, the Mediterranean Sea and Mouse and Snake Islands. By car you will be just 5 minutes from the sea or you can take a leisurely 15-20 minutes stroll down the hill and stop off in many shops, cafes and restaurants on the way.

Bedrooms
Our villa accommodates up to 14 people, offering a comfortable space for larger families in 7 air conditioned bedrooms all with luxury en-suite marble clad bathrooms. The bedrooms are on floors 1 to 3.

On the first floor the master bedroom has the luxury of a jacuzzi within the bedroom as well as the en-suite bathroom. There is a twin en-suite room on this floor.
On the 2nd floor there are 2 en-suite double bedrooms and an en-suite twin room. Going up one floor more there are 2 further double en-suite bedrooms and the magnificent upper terrace giving you a truly superb bird's eye view of Kalkan Bay, Kalamar Bay and the sea towards Kas. All bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows to ensure full enjoyment of the sea views.

The well equipped bespoke American style kitchen gives you the opportunity for meals at home and the open plan lounge offers an inside space for relaxing in a cool air conditioned space when the hot summer temperatures hit. There is a bathroom within the living accommodation.

Our large private infinity swimming pool with its spacious sun terrace is perfect for lazy days. A unique feature of the infinity pool is its glass front wall so you can swim and relax with the stunning panorama of Kalkan Bay right in front of you where the blue of the pool meets the blue of the sea. The carefully greened garden at the rear of the villa has table tennis available if you are feeling energetic. There is also a games room with a pool table as you enter the villa grounds.
