This lovely ground floor apartment with communal pools is situated in El Baranco, Orihuela Costa. It is close to both Villa Martin and Los Dolses commercial centre..For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
The Space:
You enter the apartment into the lounge, where there is sofa, TV and dinning room table.
From the lounge is a fully equipped American kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine, oven and hob.
Off the small hallway are 2 bedrooms and the family bathroom. Bedroom 1, has a double bed and fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. and ensuite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobe.
The family bathroom has a bath and shower.
At the front of the apartment is a nice patio area, where you can sit and enjoy your meals and a parking space.
This lovely apartment has modern comfortable furnishings, everything you need for your perfect getaway.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is a short walk to many restaurants, bars and shops in the area. Banana Tree (Asian), Piazza III (Italian), The Steak House
Zenia Boulevard is approx. 15 minute walk away and the nearest beach is a 5 minute drive away. There are many beaches along the Orihuela Costa.
Getting Around:
A car is an advantage to see the surrounding areas.
There are buses nearby to Torrevieja, Alicante, Cartagena and Murcia.
