The flat is located a 15/20 minute walk from the historic centre of Cascais, in a very quiet residential area with easy and free parking.

Surrounded by shops and services, the flat is on the 6th floor and has superb views over Cascais, the sea and the mountains.

The flat has been tastefully and comfortably refurbished. It has plenty of light and a breathtaking view. From its windows, you can see the best view of Cascais.

The flat has a living room with a dining area and a leisure area, air conditioning, an LCD TV with international channels and free WI-FI.

It has a fully equipped kitchenette with hob and oven, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster and mixer. It also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals.

The bedroom has a large king-size double bed and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The bathroom is complete with shower tray. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper are provided, as well as a hairdryer.



This flat is set in a region close to the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, a protected natural area of rare beauty.

It is located in the centre of Cascais, a 15/20 minute walk from the historic centre, with its local shops, open-air restaurants, pastry shops and bars, as well as the beaches with calm waters of the Estoril Coast, the Marina and Clube Naval de Cascais.

It is also very close, 10 minutes by car, to one of the best beaches in the area, Guincho beach, known internationally for surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing and now more recently for paddle surfing.

It's also around 10 minutes by car from Quinta da Marinha, one of the best golf courses in the area, surrounded by lush pine trees.

For lovers of the equestrian arts, the equestrian centre at Quinta da Marinha is also available, as well as a gym complete with tennis and paddle tennis.

Within a 5 km radius you'll find the Estoril Congress Centre, the Estoril Casino and the Estoril Autodrome.

Lisbon is just 40 minutes away by car or public transport.

House rules:

- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the flat.

- The flat is prepared for people with reduced mobility.

- Pets are not allowed before prior consultation and authorisation.

- No noise is allowed in the flat after 22:00.

- It is expressly forbidden to change the position and location of furniture.

- Loss of key - 100€

- Lock jam requiring technical intervention - Customer pays for intervention

- Forgetting the keys inside the flat, requiring a new visit from the Welcomer - 25€

- A house manual will be provided in the flat at check-in. Please comply with the rules.



Minimum stay: 4 nights.



Check-in - Between 4pm and 8pm; before 4pm only if possible and will incur an extra charge of €30; late check-in after 8pm will incur a charge of €30; late check-in after midnight will incur a charge of €50.

Check-out - Between 8am and 11am; after 11am only if possible and at an extra cost of €30; early check-out before 6am will cost €50; early check-out before 8am will cost €30.



Extras:

Transfer from / to airport / flat: €55 up to 4 people, €70 up to 6 people, €80 up to 8 people, each way.



Accessories for babies and children: beds / bath / highchair: additional cost of €5 / day;



Concierge: We have personalised concierge services at an additional cost - these include a wide range of services from booking leisure or sports activities, booking restaurants or catering services, babysitting, drivers, guided tours, among many others.



Security deposit: 200 euros per booking; will be refunded if the flat is in the same condition as the guest found it on the day of arrival and no damage has occurred to the flat or any of its furnishings or equipment.
