Luis's apartment is wonderful

Luis's apartment is wonderful. It was my favorite place I stayed while in Portugal. The balconies have a lovely view, and the interior is very stylishly decorated and comfortable. Overall it was a wonderful couple of days in Cascais.

We had a great stay in this apartment! It's close to everything we wanted to do in Cascais beach, shops, restaurants, bike rentals. Luis was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to our messages. The apartment had 2 beautiful little balconies, perfect for having breakfast on each morning. We'd definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Cascais!

The flat is very comfortable, clean and stylish. Great location and the attention was amazing. We couldn't turn on the splits and the owner came to fix them in just 5min. We spent a wonderful week there.

Luis place is a very modern and fuctional flat fully equipped, so you won't miss anything during your stay. Besides, the location is really good, so it's easy to get any place in Cascais just walking. The neigbourhood is also charming, with many little bars, shops and restaurants as well as many interesting buildings around. Summing up, it's a highly recommendable place to spend some relaxing days in Cascais!

We were able to get the key as arranged. Manuela showed us the apartment and explained everything. The apartment is conveniently situated with many restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the water and train to Lisbon. A very comfortable stay.

Great location. Underground parking was fantastic. Comfortable bed. Heating kept the apartment comfortable. Appliances worked well. Closets in bedroom need to be cleaned. Odour in the apartment. Water leaks after heavy rains. Kitchen faucet leaks. Shower tile grout could be cleaner.

Location perfect. Fittings all new and bed very comfortable. Issues with drain and toilet seat immediately sorted out. Found utensils not very clean and sparse. Lift to basement parking did not work. Other than that very comfortable stay to be recommended.

Cleanliness and hosting

Not a very good experience in relation to cleanliness and the bedsheets were not changed when we arrived. The bedsheets were delivered inside the apartment without notifying us before The views were excellent and Sofia was a good host.

Absolutely amazing apartment

Absolutely amazing apartment. Super new. Great location within easy reach (2 minute walk) of local bars and restaurants. Superb bathroom/shower. WiFi (it's important kids!) worked a treat. Air-conditioning was perfect. Perfect location to hit the beach and/or walk towards Estoril. Train station is less than a 5 minute walk for those wanting to go further afield. Really is a lovely apartment and we will not hesitate to return. The 'only' downside was that the apartment directly above was obviously getting renovated, etc as we were woken by builders at 8am each morning! Nothing can be done about that though as these lovely apartments don't just appear out of nowhere. However, this wouldn't deter us from returning. Highly recommended....and thanks for a lovely stay.

Wonderful!!

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks. The check in process was easy and all the apartment details were explained clearly. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. All the appliances worked properly. The location was close to the town centre and the underground parking was very convenient. The heating was helpful as the evenings were quite cool. Unfortunately, we only used the balcony once as the weather was cool and wet. The apartment was very quiet which made for a wonderful stay. Generally the apartment was well kept but the toilet bowl requires a thorough cleaning both the bottom and underneath the rim. Part way into our stay we noticed our socks were getting dirty. We decided to vacuum the floor. The vacuum had no suction and we discovered that the metal wand was completely blocked. After we cleared the debris the vacuum worked properly. The floor was clean and our socks remained clean as well!

La estancia ha sido buenísima y muy agradable. El apartamento esta fenomenal, tal y como parace en las fotos. La terraza es genial para desayunar, comer... El apartamento esta a 5 minutos andando del centro El trato con Luis por email ha sido muy bueno. Lo recomiendo para pasar unos buenos días de descanso

Perfect located visconde

We love the location, the view from the balcony, the brightness of the flat in a wonderful clean house within garage The cleanliness, the humidity in the cupboard, you can't use it. The flat comes in the years, we know and love it since 2017. A New sofa is urgently needed, the laminat is very used, the Silicon in the Bath is Black. The pillows and duvet are not very fresh, it smells very used. It hast to been washed. Thank you for your understanding. We still love the apartment

There's lots about this property that we love, which is why we have rebooked for next year. Its location is perfect for a wide selection of restaurants, the beaches and the bus and train stations. The apartment is perfect for a couple - we especially like having a separate bedroom.

Perfect for a couple

This was the third time we have stayed in this apartment and we have already rebooked for next year that says it all! Located on the second floor of a small residential block, the apartment is in a great position for access to restaurants and small shops, as well as being within a comfortable ten minutes walk to a choice of beaches, the marina, the train station and bus terminus, as well as larger supermarkets and shops. The bedroom is large, whilst the living accommodation is great for two people. The two small balconies offer welcome outside space for breakfast and evening drinks. KazaPortugal make the booking process easy, and they are very quick to respond to further questions or support. We can highly recommend!

Loved the location and the fact the apartment was so bright When we arrived there was no toilet paper and, as it was a Public Holiday, we had to ask in a hotel for some. Disappointing there was hardly any sun apart from early morning, Also balconies on the small side
