Everything was fine. The flat is fully equipped, communication with the host is also OK. However, the apartment is quite noisy. You can hear a lot from the hallway. Probably due to the lack of additional sealing on the entrance door. It would really help to add some additional sealing there. But still recommend this place.

Location was good, but there are a few things needing improvement and maintenance. There is mold on the floor and ceiling which should be taken care of before people stay in the apartment. The toilet seat had been replaced but it didn’t fit properly. The layout should be improved it was very difficult getting in and out of bed as the bed was too close to the wall and room divider. The keyless entry keypad fell off while we were out and we couldn’t get into the apartment. The situation was handled quickly but we were stuck outside for 20 minutes waiting for the door to be remotely opened. We were fortunately leaving the next morning otherwise it would have been more of a concern. We were told the same thing happened about a month before. Things like that shouldn’t happen more than once. It definitely needs a little TLC before renting to others.
