We stayed for 5 days and found the home very comfortable for our group of 5 adults and a child. There were plenty of things to do within a short drive/walk. We had a wonderul time.

House was clean and very nice. Everyone enjoyed the place. Would definitely go back again. And it is so close to the beach...within walking distance. We were there for only a short period for my sons retirement celebration from the Navy. But is was a very comfortable atmosphere in this house. Thank you Jeff Sawyer, you made everything a breeze from start to finish.

Location is great, close to shopping, dining, entertainment and the beach. Home was clean and had plenty of room for the whole family. We stayed in the winter but the backyard would be great for bbq and kids to play. There were beach chairs and beach towels as well as a wagon and cooler available. Great house, will look into staying here again as our daughter is currently stationed in the area!

First time travelers to Virginia Beach, and we will definitely return! The pictures in the listing portrayed this home very accurately. It was roomy, clean, had a nice front porch and back deck for relaxing and sipping coffee. The large fenced-in backyard was a great bonus and the neighborhood was quiet. There was plenty of parking in the driveway for our 3 vehicles and could’ve added more if we needed to. Many essentials were available for use. Although we didn’t use the majority of these items, we do appreciate that they were thoughtfully provided. Beach chairs, wagons, sand toys, an outside shower, corn hole boards, linens, blankets, towels, extra pillows, a coffee maker, blender, dishes, utensils, toaster oven, pots and pans and so much more.The location was perfect for us — just a short walk to the beach. The departure/clean up instructions were simple and not overwhelming, unlike some other properties we’ve stayed at in the past.Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We truly enjoyed our vacation.

My 2nd stay at this property that is perfectly located less than half mile from the inlet. We enjoyed how spacious and carefully manicured the grounds were. Owner provided in and outside games, beach chairs, grill and very nice deck out back.

The location of this property is perfect. The property was clean and easy check in. I had two issues 1 there is no futon in the house. The two couches have pull out beds that were not sleepable. We made it work but it was difficult. The 2nd issue is Saturday there was a huge party behind the house. Music way passed midnight. So be expected to have that take place because the houses are very close. The property owner is very polite and responsive. We got an exceptional rate and I cant complain. If the two couches were updated we would return next year at this location.

The party of the neighbors is NOT normal and it was an event weekend. I did report the noise disturbance. The pull out couches are fine, I'm not sure what was the issue. They are pull out couches and serve that purpose. They have mattresses and linens. They are memory foam mattresses for a sleeper sofas.

Weekend stay

We stayed here this weekend for a tournament at the Hampton Road to sports complex, it was super convenient to the field! The house was amazing, very nicely cleaned, and well kept. Lots of space definitely a good place to stay
