The house has 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with single beds, two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, a living room with fireplace and a fully equipped swimming pool.

At the entrance of the house there is a porch with two areas, one with a table and chair to enjoy an outdoor lunch and another with armchairs to have a coffee. There is also parking and a summer kitchen with barbecue. The outdoor area is completed with a heated pool that is heated by solar panels and allows for pleasant swimming from April to October, with temperatures between 20º-28º (depending on the external temperature).

The access lane to the house is characterized by curves and slopes, and is typical of the mountainous area where the house is located. The use of a 4x4 car is recommended.

Wow Factor

We had planned to go out travelling around Malaga but as the villa was so lovely and peaceful we only went into Cómpeta and spent most days relaxing, the villa had everything we needed and our host was great. We would recommend Villa Rosa to anyone either for a fun packed holiday or just to relax, hopefully we will be able to return and enjoy another fantastic holiday. Thank you

Wonderful Break in Canillas

A warm welcome (helped by google translate) to a fab Villa. The property was nice and spacious, the kitchen well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment, a fab BBQ and outdoor kitchen and WOW, the pool. The heating system almost made it too warm one day but morning and night it was like a bath….we stayed in it till 2am one night! Bliss. The Hot Tub was enjoyed a lot too while sampling some local Vino. Walking distance to Canillas, close to the larger town of Competa, just make sure you’re ready for the short, but steep drive or walk up to the road! The drive into the property is a bit lively, but fine once you master the correct line. Thanks for a great stay.

Pasamos ocho semanas (octubre-noviembre) en la villa. Está completamente equipada. No le falta de nada. Hay una piscina climatizada y un jacuzzi en un lugar muy privado con fantásticas vistas al mar, las montañas y los pueblos blancos. Hay varios buenos restaurantes cerca.

Wat een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen. Maar ook voor gezinnen is dit een perfecte plek! Als ik een vraag had aan de eigenaar kreeg ik heel snel contact. Zwembad (heerlijk verwarmd) en bubbelbad is tijdens ons verblijf 2x schoongemaakt. Vooraf krijg je even een berichtje dat er iemand langs komt. Perfect!

Die Beheizung des Schwimmbeckens erfolgt mittels Solarmatten. Je mehr Sonne, desto wärmer der Pool. Auch im April ist es herrlich, draußen zu sein. Der Hang zur Villa ist zwar steil, dafür bietet sich aber eine wunderschöne Aussicht.

Por desgracia, llovió y no hemos podido disfrutar de la piscina, pero el jacuzzi estuvo genial. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Villa Rosa und können sie wärmstens empfehlen! Die Umgebung und die Villa selbst waren wunderschön und genau wie beschrieben. Juan war großartig, sehr hilfsbereit und reagierte schnell. Der Zugang zur Villa liegt etwas abseits der ausgetretenen Pfade, aber unser Auto kam damit sehr gut zurecht und wir waren dankbar für die Privatsphäre. Alles war super sauber und ordentlich und wir hatten keine Probleme. Die Stadt war wunderschön und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Wir würden gerne in Zukunft wiederkommen!

Ich habe das schöne Haus genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine wunderschöne Lage, sodass Sie den ganzen Tag Sonne haben. Ein sehr schönes beheiztes Schwimmbad, in dem wir auch schwimmen konnten. Der Whirlpool ist wirklich eine Überraschung. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für einen schönen Ausflug, an die Küste oder in die Berge. Wunderschönes Wandergebiet.

Das Haus bietet alles, was es für einen Urlaub braucht. Einen schönen Pool, einen Jacuzzi, eine gut ausgestattete Küche sowie ein schönes Wohnzimmer. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer sowie das Wohnzimmer sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Der Strand ist in ca. 40 Minuten auf einer kurvigen Strecke erreichbar. Die direkte Anfahrt zum Haus ist doch recht abenteuerlich.

Die Stadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn auch etwas bergauf. Die Menschen sind sehr freundlich und die Städte bewahren ihre traditionelle spanische Kultur, weshalb wir uns entschieden haben, uns von den Haupttouristengebieten fernzuhalten. Wenn Sie einfach nur entspannen und entspannen möchten, würde ich diese Villa auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Der Besitzer, Juan, war freundlich und einladend und begleitete uns zur Villa. Sehr zu empfehlen ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wir haben hier eine unglaubliche Woche verbracht. Die Umgebung und das Äußere des Anwesens sind wunderschön, aber das Innere lenkt überhaupt nicht ab. Das Haus ist super und es ist sehr sauber, es hat alles und die Zimmer sind super geräumig, die Möbel sind auch sehr komfortabel. Nun, der letzte Tropfen ist, dass wir den Pool Mitte November genießen konnten und obendrein 30° hatten, was eine angenehme Überraschung und ein Luxus war; wie Juan, der Besitzer, der der beste, freundlichste und super aufmerksamste ist, die Wahrheit ist, dass uns absolut nichts gefehlt hat und wir werden immer wiederkommen :)

Great villa with spectacular view of the mountains. We really enjoyed heated pool, jacuzzi and loads of other comforts during our stay in October. Internet was good for streaming and some work. Nearby mountain villages have great restaurants and supermarkets to stock up on supplies. The only challenge is last bit of driving to the villa, but our fiat 500 handled it without any issues. Would love to stay here again.

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, modern und sauber. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Die Ausblick in die Berge ist wirklich schön, jedoch ist die Fahrt zum Haus abenteuerlich. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Unser Vermieter war einfach nur Klasse. Er war immer erreichbar und hat geholfen wo er nur konnte.

Heerlijk tot rust komen

Goed net huis met ruime kamers, zeer uitgebreide keuken en mooi zwembad. Alhoewel de communicatie met Juan wat moeizaam ging omdat hij alleen spaans spreekt verliep alles soepel en goed. Het huis ligt aan eens steile weg die de eerste keer even spannend is, maar daarna goed te doen. Tijdens het verblijf best wat last gehad van mieren, zowel binnen als buiten. Maar hier kwam Juan nog wat extra verdelgingsmiddel voor brengen om dit op te lossen. Jaccuzi hebben we gezien het warme weer niet gebruikt maar het fijne zwembad wel veelvuldig.

Se fut un tres bon séjours le propriétaire est accueillant et disponible la villa est tres bien équipée la piscine propre ce fut de tres bonnes vacances avec une famille et un bébé A proximités il y a dia et d'autres petit magasin à 5 mn donc tres bien la mer est à 35mn à peu près à noter qu il vous faut une bonne voiture pour accéder à la villa et la maison se trouve en montagne donc pas mal de virages à tenir en compte en résumé nous avons passé de tres bonnes vacances je recommande

Diese Villa ist eine sehr gut ausgestattete Villa in einer großartigen Lage. Es gibt viel Platz, einen schönen Pool- und Grillbereich und einen Whirlpool, den wir nicht viel genutzt haben, aber in den kühleren Monaten eine tolle Sache wäre. Besonders die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Wohnbereich ist geräumig und öffnet sich zum Poolbereich. Juan war ein freundlicher, aber unaufdringlicher Gastgeber und wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts keine Probleme. Vom Haus aus können Sie Canillas de Albaida, Archez und Cómpeta zu Fuß erreichen. Wir empfehlen alle drei für einen Besuch und auch die Fabrica de la Luz etwas außerhalb von Canillas, einem wunderschönen Waldgebiet in einem Tal mit einem Bach und Wasserfällen, etwa 10 Autominuten entfernt.
