Modern newly built Duplex apartment located in the historic center of Seville. Located between Las Setas de Sevilla (Metropol Parasol) and the emblematic Calle Feria and the Alameda de Hércules neighborhood, known for its wide range of bars and cultural diversity where the popular Market is frequented by Sevillians and tourists.
The space comfortably accommodates up to four people.
SpaceThe apartment is distributed in two heights. There is direct access to the upper floor, where the living room and kitchen are located. A staircase leads to the ground floor where the bathroom and the two bedrooms are located, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
All rooms have hot / cold air conditioning unit.

lovely convenient apartment

We had a lovely stay in this apartment in the middle of Seville. It was conveniently located a short walk from the train station and from many beautiful places . . . the Cathedral, the Plaza de Espana, shopping, the river, etc. It was spotlessly clean and was the perfect home base for our visit to Seville. Would 100% stay here again, and recommend highly.

Great Location

We loved our stay at this property. It’s exactly as pictured and is in a great location. You are near the Setas and all the bars and restaurants you could want. If you have any hesitations about booking this, just do it. It’s a fantastic place!

Seville at Easter

We had a lovely holiday in Seville during the very busy Easter week. The apartment is very quiet, clean and in a great area full of restaurants, cafes and bars close by.

Super Lage, Balkon leider nicht direkt an Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung, netter Host, super Lage. Ich hätte mir nur gewünscht, dass in der Beschreibung steht, dass der Balkon nicht direkt zur Wohnung gehört, sondern über Flur und Treppe auf dem Dach erreichbar ist, weswegen wir ihn nie genutzt haben. Schade, ich hatte mich so auf einen Morgenkaffee auf dem Balkon gefreut

This is a great rental! We really enjoyed our stay. It is clean, comfortable, and safe. The owner was responsive to all our needs and provided us with great information. It is located in a fun neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it it!

Très bon aménagement du logement et bien situé pour visiter la ville

Logement bien équipé, très propre et bien situé. Climatisation dans les pièces fort appréciable Soucis rencontrés : pas de place de parking contrairement à ce que l annonce indique et porte de l immeuble fermée à clef par inadvertance par une personne de l immeuble et donc impossible à ouvrir avec les clés mises à notre disposition.

Tolle Wohnung, zentral gelegen

Sehr schönes Apartment in der Altstadt von Sevilla. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, einfacher Check-in und Check-out per App. Kleiner Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Bereich auf dem Dach nicht genutzt, da ohne Sonnenschutz und daher zu heiß. Küchenausstattung minimal, aber fürs Frühstück reicht es. Waschmaschine vorhanden, aber leider keine gute Möglichkeit zum Trocknen, da es keinen Wäscheständer gab. Alles in allem würde ich die Wohnung aber wieder buchen.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce Dupleix très propre, calme et spacieux. Il est situé dans un quartier très proche du centre de Séville et notamment à proximité de Las Setas et du Palacio de las Dueñas. Une enseigne Dia est à proximité du Dupleix ainsi que la calle Feria avec ses bars et restaurants. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

Tres bonne literie. On apprécie qu il y ait de l huile, du sopalin, du papier toilette, du produit vaisselle...Il manque juste des epingles à linges.Nous avons aussi apprécié les trottinettes en bas de l immeuble à louer grace a une application. Il y a un spar quasiment en bas de l immeuble et un restaurant qui fait de tres bonne pizza a emporté!Nous avons pu prendre l appartement en avance car il n etait pas loué c est un gros avantage aussi! Le quartier est tres agreable et tout peut se faire a pieds. Il y a un loueur de velo a 8mins et il garde aussi les bagages, il est tres sympas c est ' bunny bike'.
