The apartment is of exceptional quality and finish. Double glazed windows infuse the apartment with light. With marble flooring, original art works and contemporary design furniture. Central air-conditioning with cooling and heating.
The open-spaced living area has 2 sofas, TV, DVD player and hi-fi. Large dining table and chairs. The kitchen, with separate entrance, is equipped with all main utensils and modern appliances, including oven, washing-machine and dishwasher.
A corridor leads to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (150x200cm), a desk and a built-in wardrobe. En-suite bathroom complete with bathtub. The second bedroom has twin beds (90x200cm) and a wardrobe.
The second bathroom is on the corridor. With washbasin, WC and shower.
The apartment provides unique skyline views of the city. The living room faces east, from where you can watch the sunrise. The master bedroom faces west, from where you can enjoy the sunset. Pure magic of light.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful apartment. Don't miss the covered market on the ground floor that has cafes, a bakery, and multiple fresh food stalls.
Our three day stay in this historic center was perfect for our short visit. Close to shops, restaurants, ATMs, tours and great for walking. The mercado downstairs was perfect for grabbing a bite in the mornings. The 8-10 minute walk to the bus station was also great.
Beautiful apartment in an amazing location plus managers who give accurate, detailed information from time of booking until departure. The perfect combination.
We were a party of 4 adults this was very spacious but the best thing was the outstanding view and the brightness of the apartment. The street facing bedroom did hear street noise especially on weekends so bring earplugs. Being so close to to the river was great for an evening stroll also only 10-15 minutes walk to the cathedral.
Our stay in Seville was wonderful. The host was very responsive and was able to let us into our apartment early (which we were super thankful for). The apartment was in a great location, close to everything and above a market. The place was clean and extremely comfortable. It was hot out so we spent a lot of time in the apartment and were very happy.
Great location for easy access to city. Very loud street noise all hours of night and early morning… walls are very thin so you could hear the neighbors dog barking and persons cough was so loud and non-stop and people screaming all night. Did not rest well because of that. Other than that, Everything else was good.
All great, but a few things to note:-Apartment is actually more 'dated' than what it looks in the photos; it does need to be bumped up. One example is the very old central AC system, which is not nearly enough to cover the needs of Sevilla's heat. We survived and it was ok, but it was not really great inside the apartment. Towels are old; and just one towel per guest. A ride to IKEA would make a big difference!-The apartment is well located on Seville at large, but the block itself is not very nice: dirty and with some homeless guys. Not a problem at all actually, but better to know in advance.-The Real Estate company that manages the property was great; I would definitely work with them again.

We had previous guests and right after your departure other new tenants who did not notify any anomalies with the air conditioning. Just in case, we sent our maintenance to check the filters of the AC unit who verified that the system is cooling down perfectly. I addressed your comments to the cleaning staff company regarding the towels. Apologies for the iconvenience. Unfortunately, we do not provide a second set, unless the reservations are beyond 7 nights. We also noticed occasionally a couple of homeless at the corner of the Arenal food market, who did not represent any menace, as it is a very lively area. A new fence around the whole complex building has just been installed to avoid any settlement.

We stayed here for the entire month of February 2023. We had a great stay. This is a large, well laid out, relatively modern place with high ceilings and great views over the the city in two directions - including of the Giralda Tower and Cathedral. It has an elevator and lots of high pressure hot water. It is in the heart of all the major attractions but on a relatively quiet street. A daily market in in the base of the building (many stalls are vacant but still good for bakery, produce, fish and meat). A good grocery store (MAS) is a couple of blocks away. It is an easy and beautiful walk to almost everything you will want to see and do in Sevilla - a stunningly beautiful city.
There are some minor issues, but they must be assessed in the context of the reasonable rental rate for this place. If you were paying 300 Euros per day, you might complain of minor maintenance and cleanliness issues, and the ever present sewer odour as you enter the ground floor of the building (but not in the actual unit) but for the rental rate, it is good value and deserves a 5 star rating.
We had plenty of room with 4 people and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Less than 15 minutes walk to
the Cathedral, shopping, and lots of great restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.
Great location in between the monumental zone and the river. Manuel met us at the apartment and was helpful and very pleasant. Light, airy apartment with comfy beds. Fantastic indoor food market below including a great fish restaurant. No English channels on the TV and no Netflix, though. Our only niggle was the noise 24 hrs a day. The big street bins get emptied at 1am, 3am and 5am, there is building work in the vicinity from 8am and the wall between next door and the twin bedroom is very thin so neighbours can hear each other very easily. Overall, though, we would recommend this apartment without hesitation.
Good stay, close to almost everything, well-lit place
A very sunny, bright apartment, matches description. Very clean, good showers, and well-equipped kitchen. It's safe and the elevator works well. Only minor suggestions: it would have been nice if there were salt and pepper, also paper towels or/and napkins.
Perfect apartment in a perfectly maintained building located within a 10 min walk from the main historical attractions of Sevilla. Manuel (the host) makes checking/checkout a breeze with his clear and timely responses to all questions.
Die Wohung ist ideal gelegen, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Sevillas fußläufig zu erkunden. Leider waren die Bäder in schlechtem Zustand (Abfluss, Armaturen). Bei dem Preis kann man erwarten, dass dies schnell behoben wird.
