Fully refurbished luxury villa with large private south facing pool. Fabulous elevated views towards Moraira. High end furniture throughout. Only 4 min drive or 20 min walk to Moraira town/beach. All bedrooms/en-suite with good quality mattresses and cotton linen. Walking distance to supermarket and Restaurants/Sport Bars. Ceiling fans & A/C in bedrooms. BBQ area with several outside seating/dining areas. Coloured garden lighting at night!
On entering the front door you walk into a large, light and airy dining area which leads out onto a balcony/terrace with wonderful views towards Moraira. On the same floor you will find a large living area, kitchen and three of the four bedrooms all of which have their own en-suite bathrooms making it the perfect villa to share with family and friends.
A large self contained apartment with living area and bedroom containing a king bed and allocated bathroom is to be found on the ground floor, accessed via external steps. A small kitchen/laundry room containing the washing machine is also on this level.

Excluding July - beginning of September Villa Serene can be rented as a 3 x Bedroom villa only, please contact us for a quote.

During the off peak season only (November - March) Winter guests can stay in the 1 x bedroom self contained apartment only and benefit from the beautiful outside space our home has to offer. Please contact us for a quote.

Beautiful villa

We have just returned from a week staying at this villa with family. Right from the start Jo was very helpful in answering questions I had and all the information was very accurate. The villa is in a lovely location, it was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The supermarket within walking distance was very useful and well stocked along with the restaurant/bar next door! We all enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Great place for families

We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Serene,It was just as advertised and perfect for our familyWell equipped with everything you could needWe used the pool every day the pool is very private The villa was spotless on arrival and smelled freshly cleaned.We were allowed into the villa early as it was ready for us.Thank you for our lovely holidayMust mention the local supermarket And the great Pattiserie, we went there every day for breakfast it was good to have both of them so close to the villa.

Highly recommended

We booked this villa 2 weeks before we were due to fly out to Spain and at every stage the owner Jo has been really helpful and easy to deal with and always replies promptly. The villa itself is spacious and well furnished. The outside areas including the pool are well maintained and cared for. We were a family of 7 and the villa was perfectly suited for our needs. We would highly recommend the villa and Jo to any families looking for a really good villa in a nice area.

Fantastic Family Holiday

Absolutely beautiful villa in one of the most beautiful locations in Spain. The whole process was as smooth as possible and Jo was super easy to deal with. The villa is just a couple of minutes walk from a supermarket and the Hilltop Sports Bar. Moraira Beach and its restaurants and bars are a 10-minute drive away. Perfect for a peaceful relaxing holiday with everything you need within close proximity. Would recommend a walk to El Portet 20 minute stroll from Moraira Centre and Mex Y Go for the best Mexican food we have had in a very long time. Would book again if returning to the area.
