Dulce Familia Villa is an intimate abode located on a mountain, at the highest point of a safe gated community. You will be surrounded by wildlife including white-faced capuchin monkeys, dozens of colourful tropical birds, a neighbourhood sloth and the ever so peaceful iguanas, to name a few.
The space
Relish in this private spacious villa with a wrap around balcony providing you with a panoramic view of the Pacific Coast.
Retire in comfortable air conditioned bedrooms with a beautiful garden view of the tropics.
We are very family oriented and Dulce Familia Villa is an ideal getaway for large families and friends.
There are a total of 5 air conditioned bedrooms available for your comfort. 3 bedrooms with Full/Double beds, 1 bedroom with a Full/Double sized Bunk Bed, 1 bedroom with a Triple Twin sized Bunk Bed ( 3 Twin beds stacked ). This room is ideal for children.
You will have 2 full bathrooms. Upstairs with a stand up shower, and downstairs with a bath tub.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary essentials for your culinary needs. You will have access to dishes and cutlery ( for both adults and children), pots and pans, cooking utensils, spices, sugar, tea, coffee, high powered blender, toaster oven, rice cooker and steamer, etc.
You are welcome to use the brand new washer and dryer as well as washing detergent and fabric softener.
We offer towels, blankets and bed linens.
Feel free to also help yourself to some of our favourite items:

The villa is located on a mountain in a private gated community with less than a handful of homes within. It is recommended that you drive a 4x4 ( 4WD ) vehicle to access this villa as it does have an incline. It would be helpful to be comfortable with driving in a similar terrain to Costa Rica. The driveway leading up to the house is concrete and you should have no issues accessing rain or shine.
We offer free parking for multiple vehicles.
We are happy to help make your stay more enjoyable by sharing and recommending some of our favourite local attractions, restaurants, beaches, waterfalls, supermarkets, banks, etc.
We are located in close proximity to Uvita, Dominical and Manuel Antonio National Park in Quepos. We are minutes away from the Playa Linda beach and a short drive from Playa Hermosa beach ( for the surfing lovers! ).
