Lovely property Great Views

Great property in Javea fantastic views of Montgo at Sunset, quiet neighborhood, clean, modern furnishings inside and out and a 5 mins drive from the Arenal. Shower drainage in the main bathroom needs some improvement and external wifi poolside is patchy at best every thing else was in perfect.

Fabulous villa

I could not find any faults with the villa. Inside the villa is really stunning. Beds are really comfortable, bathrooms were great as was the open plan kitchen diner and living area. Satellite TV was good. The garden and pool areas were immaculate. There was plenty of outside seating and furniture was good quality. I would definitely return to this villa and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Beautiful villa and garden

This is a really beautiful house with a fantastic, large garden and pool, with several great sitting/lounging areas. There are some great views from the house and due to its 70m elevation there is always a breeze. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus a big living room with open kitchen, so plenty of space. Only recommendation I would make is to add an air conditioning unit in the living room as the weather gets really hot during the summer.

Lovely, well equipped villa

We had a lovely time staying here - the villa was very clean, well equipped and with plenty of space inside and out. Communication with the owners was excellent. We would happily return in future, and recommend it to anyone considering a stay in Javea.

I have visited and lived in javea over many years with my family , it is a beautiful town that offers three distinct areas . Lovely beaches , walks , national parks, restaurants and bars.

Why they chose this property

Our villa we chose for its quiet and private location, proximity to the Arenal, south facing aspect, large pool and fabulous garden. We have recently refurbished the whole space putting in a modern kitchen and bathrooms.
