Adorable little house (75m²) completely renovated in 2020 for 4 people in a private and secure area with concierge. Private swimming pool of 3x5m (depth 1.30m).
Located 500m from the large sandy beach of Javea (Playa de Arenal) and 200m from two supermarkets. A car is not necessary because everything can be done on foot or by bike if you want.
2 twin beds rooms with Air conditioning, shower room, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Dining room and lounge with Satellite TV (UK, GER, FR). Large terrace with gas barbecue and swimming pool, facing south. Ibiza Style decoration.
Private outdoor parking reserved. Quiet and secure neighborhood.
