The Cabañal is a historic neighborhood with many protected houses being old between the sea and the city center.

Near the house you can find all kinds of services, supermarket Day 7 minutes walk or Mercadona at 10. Pharmacy 24h and lots of restaurants and bars, but above all a great beach.

It is an old house that has been completely restored respecting its essential elements such as its entrance door, which is 100 years old, the ceiling and the pillars.

The house consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 private bathroom within each of them, 1 studio with its private bathroom (in total there are 3 bathrooms), Kitchen Office and 1 patio.

For added hygiene, kitchen paper, toilet paper, gel, shampoo, dishwasher fluid, cooking sponge and washing sponge for crockery are brand new. Small but important details.

There is a certificate of disinfection, disinsection, deratization and legionella.

You will find as a detail some capsules of coffee, infusions, sugar, sweetener, salt, olive oil and sunflower and spices.
