Apartamento espacioso y confortable, muy tranquilo, de 140 metros cuadrados con habitaciones amplias para alojar cómodamente a seis personas, portero en el edificio y tres ascensores de acceso a la propiedad. Perfecta ubicación para visitar la ciudad, a pocos minutos paseando del centro y con acceso muy próximo al metro y bus que conectan con otros lugares de interés turístico y aeropuerto, puerto y estaciones de tren.

DISTRIBUCIÓN Y EQUIPAMIENTO

Dispone de un amplísimo y confortable salón decorado con estilo que se abre a una espléndida terraza con privilegiadas vistas a la ciudad, al jardín del Turia, al Botánico, e incluso a las montañas cercanas; con una mesa y sillas de exterior donde disfrutar de las vistas y relajarse después de una jornada de esparcimiento.

Dotado de 3 acogedores dormitorios, uno con cama doble grande, el segundo, familiar con camas doble grande e individual, el tercero con una cama individual, todos ellos con colchones confortables, con disponibilidad de tres cuartos de baño completos. Disponemos también de cuna para bebés.

Equipado con WIFI de cable, aire acondicionado y calefacción centralizados en todo el apartamento. Posibilidad de parking opcional en el mismo edificio (bajo petición), Wifi, TV por cable y DVD, Lavadora, secadora, cocina completa equipada con todos los pequeños y grandes electrodomésticos, lavavajillas, microondas, tostadora de pan o cafetera italiana (Bialetti), americana y calentador de agua para el té.

Para los más pequeños disponemos de silla especial para bebés, cuna y baúl con juguetes y libros infantiles.

ACTIVIDADES DEPORTIVAS

Nos encontramos situados en el lugar perfecto para poder practicar la mayor parte de actividades deportivas. Junto al parque del Turia, con más de 6 Km. de espacio verde con vías para practicar running, montain-bike y carril bici. Con posibilidad de alquiler de bicicletas apenas a 100 m. Centro deportivo La Petxina, con piscina, gimnasio, rocódromo, sauna y biblioteca, a 9 minutos caminando.

Idealmente situado, numerosos restaurantes y bares de tapas en las inmediaciones, cocina valenciana, italiana, asiática, hamburgueserías, comida para llevar etc. Centro comercial apenas a 200 m con grandes almacenes, cines y parque infantil. Barrio activo, seguro y vibrante dotado de servicios de lavandería, supermercados, pequeños comercios, cajeros automáticos y bancos, guardería, farmacia y centro de salud a menos de 50 m.

Excellent stay! The hosts were very hospitable, greeted us on arrival and showed us around, provided us with wine and cheese and breakfast supplies. The apartment was very comfortable with an amazing outlook from the large balcony. We didn’t have many reasons to contact the hosts but when we did have a question they were very responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay again if we have the opportunity to return to this beautiful city

Wonderful hosts and perfect location!

The apartment is in the most perfect location, just outside the old city gates, so everything is easy—shopping, transportation, and sightseeing. The front of the building is on a main thoroughfare, but the apartment is on the back side, quiet and peaceful, with a terrace overlooking the old city gates and the botanical garden. Our hosts were absolutely lovely and exceptionally helpful.

Top appartement op top locatie

We stayed 6 nights with 6 persons. Enough space for everybody. Fantastic view, very good beds, silence, nice cafés close, metro nearby, walking distance to town, friendly owners and a good value for money. Really a place to come back to.

All you could need or want

This apartment is only a short walk to the old town so very well situated. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need or want in a rental. It has a lovely outlook from the balcony and is very spacious. Our hosts were so welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Best view of Valencia

The spacious and extremely well equipped apartment on the 9th floor overlooks the botanic garden, the Turia park, and the El Carmen district of Valencia. It’s convenient to everything one might want to see or do. Our hosts, Anibal and Mercedes, speak excellent English and made our stay trouble free. We would stay there again any time!

Would love to come again

Perfect location, close to the old town, supermarkets and Turia park. We were welcomed by Anibal and Mercedes,who were very helpful and made us feel very velcome. The appartment is well kept and clean, and we a family of 4 had plenty of space. Would love to come again, but maybe not in july as it was very hot.

We didn't want to leave!

The apartment was lovely, homely, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds were so comfortable and it was very quiet. Everything you need to make a perfect holiday is in this apartment. Lovely view from the balcony and it was easy to walk into the city or get transport to the beach etc. You couldn't wish for better owners, they responded within hours and answered all our questions, were on hand if we needed them and were so warm and friendly. We relaxed and enjoyed our stay here so much, looking forward to coming back again soon. Thank you for a lovely time.

Excellent experience

Perfect experience from start to finish! Anibal and Javier met us to check us in and answer any questions. They provided EVERYTHING we needed for our 1 month stay as far as household supplies. They were even considerate enough to have eggs, meats, and cheese for breakfast in the refrigerator, waiting for us! The apartment was just as the photos depict and quite comfortable...very homey in the best sense of the word! The views from the terrace were spectacular! The location couldn't have been better for us!! Very close to El Carmen, La Petxina, and the Turia. Anibal and Javier are wonderful hosts and just great people! Highly recommend!

Absolutely fabulous!

We had a slight delay in our flight and arrived at 23:00 hours in the evening, but that was no problem, The owner was awaiting us at the door and showed us around in the appartment. He even filled the fridge with fruits, wine and bread, butter, cheese and cured ham for our breakfast. The appartment is located on the 9th. floor (elevator available) and has a beautifull view over the old city center which is at walking distance. The appartment is very well equiped with everything you have in your own home. We had a absolute great time in the appartment and it is a definitve tip for future bookers. If we go back to Valencia some day, we will certainly book this lovely appartment again. Thank you Hanibal and wife for having us.

Beautiful Apartment, Beautiful View, Beautiful Hosts!

My husband and I have been renting apartments for the last 13 years when traveling through Europe and USA. This apartment is at the top of the list with a perfect 100% satisfaction rating. The view is lovely, the kitchen has all the essentials plus more, the interior is comfortable for body and pleasing to the eye. The hosts met us upon arrival, spent an hour reviewing the city layout, store locations, beach travel (very easy) and running paths (which are awesome if running or walking is your pleasure). They allowed us to stay until 3:00 on check out day (flight was at 5:00), then drove us to the airport at a moment's notice because the taxi drivers went on strike w/o warning. We will definitely stay here again, running the Valencia marathon is in the future. Thank you Anibal & Manuel! Your attention and kindness made our vacation more than special!

Our Best Rental Experience Yet!

My wife and I booked this apartment for the month of March so we could experience Fallas and explore Valencia. We could not have picked a better place. Wonderful hosts, perfect location, and a well-stocked apartment. Communication with Anibal prior to arrival was wonderful. He answered all of our questions promptly. His wife, Mercedes, met us upon arrival to walk us through the apartment. We have never had such a well-stocked rental. All the dishes and cooking equipment one could need. They even provided food in the fridge for breakfast! The apartment itself is incredibly spacious and the balcony view unbeatable. One of our favorite experiences of the trip was being able to watch the Fallas fireworks displays from the serenity of balcony. The location is perfect, just a seven minute walk to the Old City, groceries, or the metro. We were close enough to join the Fallas festivities with just a short walk, but far enough away that we could escape the crowds and noise when we wanted to. We really loved this apartment and could not have asked for better hosts. Truly the best rental experience we have had to date.

Great Place!

We enjoyed our stay! Anibal, his wife, and their son were at the apartment to greet us and all were lovely. They took the time to walk us through the apartment and explain how things worked. We were a party of 6 adults and there was plenty of room. Two bedrooms (one with a large double bed and one with a double bed and trundle bed), 2 full bathrooms and one very small room tucked off the kitchen with a twin bed and it's own bathroom. There is also a laundry room off the kitchen with a washer AND a dryer (not common in Europe, we found). We did not cook anything at the apartment, but the kitchen seemed to be very well equipped. The living area is very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the gardens and city. The apartment is well located. We walked everywhere. About 15 minutes to get to the Quart Tower which has cute restaurants and shops on the other side. We also used the buses and metro to get to our daughter's home stay (she was studying abroad in Valencia), to the beach and to the airport. They seem to be easy to figure out, but our daughter totally took charge so we didn't really need to do it on our own. We absolutely loved Valencia and would love to come back sometime. We also visited Barcelona and Rome. Valencia was our favorite. Take the bus to Bastard's kitchen and take a walk to visit Almalibre Acai Bar for fabulous acai bowls. We also loved a place called PicniCity. Unbelievable homemade empanadas. We would not hesitate to book this apartment again!

Perfecto!

The apartment is charming, spacious, well-appointed and well cared for. We could not have been happier during our five week stay. We were within a few short blocks to the old city in one direction, the Turia riverbed park in another and a full-service grocery store in yet another direction. And Merxe and Aníbal could not have been more solicitous and helpful hosts. A perfect combination of great hosts, great space and a beautiful city.

Home Away from Home

We stayed in this large, extremely well equipped apartment, in a secure building in January, 2018. The owner's greeting included a comprehensive overview of the apartment and the panoramic view of the city from the balcony. We found Anibal's (the owner) illustration on a map of nearby facilities such grocery stores, pharmacy, health care centre, and an explanation of the transit system all very useful during our visit. We also found that Anibal's availability during our visit added considerably to our comfort level during our week-long stay. The apartment is classically furnished with quality appliances and all the comforts and appliances that we North Americans are accustomed to. This well-situated apartment is the best equipped of our 4 recent Homeaway experiences in Spain and France and we hope to visit again one day.

Quince días fantásticos

En seguida nos fascinó la vista de la terraza que era todavía mas bonita que en la foto. Nos recibieron muy amablemente Aníbal y Mercedes. Nos dieron toda la información necesaria sobre el apartamento y del entorno. La conversación con los dueños era como si nos hubiéramos conocido ya hace mucho tiempo antes. Era muy fácil y acogedor hablar con ellos. El apartamento era grande y confortable y amueblado con buen gusto. Las distancias al casco viejo y a otros puntos de interés eran muy cortas. Disfrutamos de nuestra estancia y nos quedaron ganas de volver.
