VILLA CAL XINO - 10 MIN WALK TO THE OLD TOWN

Villa Cal Xino is a charming two floor cottage, situated in an unbeatable location, between the picturesque village of Pollensa and the beautiful beach of Puerto Pollensa. Its incredible garden with plants, trees, lemon and orange trees, a huge swimming pool where you can swim and relax, a large terrace and a barbecue that cannot be missed make Chalet Cal Xino a unique destination to enjoy a well-deserved holiday.



The outdoor space has a huge swimming pool, a terrace that surrounds the whole house with great views where you can sit down to eat something or just share an afternoon, a ping pong table for children and adults to have fun, and a wonderful garden where you will want to get lost between the shade and the green of the trees.



The interior of Villa Cal Xino is spread over two floors. Enter through the dining room to find a free-flowing interior with beautiful wooden beams on the ceiling. You will find a spacious dining room with a table for 8 people where you can enjoy unforgettable lunches or dinners. What could be better than gathering with your family or friends in the lounge with a very comfortable sofa to enjoy board games, reading a good book or watching some satellite TV. WIFI is included throughout the house.



To the left of the dining room there is a fully equipped kitchen with a table where you can also enjoy a delicious breakfast. The kitchen also has access to the terrace and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.



A double bedroom overlooking the beautiful garden completes this floor.



From the living room, a staircase leads to the first floor. There we find a living room with comfortable armchairs. Two double bedrooms with twin beds, each one with a wardrobe and predominantly light colors, overlooking the garden. Another double bedroom also with beautiful views and a bathroom with a large and antique bathtub, two washbasins that give it a different appearance and greater comfort, complete the upstairs.



All bedrooms and the downstairs lounge include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.



Villa Cal Xino is located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The old town of Pollensa can be reached on foot or in just 3 minutes by car. In the picturesque village of Pollensa you will find a variety of cafes, restaurants, bars, and many traditional shops. Every Sunday you will find the open-air market with a variety of fresh produce, fruits, plants and much more.



You can also visit Puerto Pollensa, located 15 minutes from the Villa, an ideal place to relax on the beach, practice water sports such as kayaking, jet skiing or a boat ride. You can continue diving in Cala San Vicente in its crystal-clear waters.



The use of a car is recommended to move around freely and make the most of your stay, as there is so much more to explore around Villa Cal Xino!
