The Space:
The former commercial unit is centrally located in Berlins most upcoming district Neukölln and was turned into a 2 bedroom apartment with direct street access. Located on the ground floor and on approx. 45 m² there is space for up to 8 people. The bright living room offers a large dining area, comfortable sofa elements that can be converted into single beds and flat screen TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and ZattooLive TV function. There is a sleeping area with 2 double beds that is visually separated from the living area. Another bedroom features a double bed. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove and oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The bathroom offers a shower/WC. Explore Berlin like a local and benefit from the size of the apartment and good connections to the city center.
The bustling Karl-Marx-Strasse is just a stone's throw away.

The apartment is located at Sonnenallee with direct access to the street.

The Neighborhood:
Sonnenallee is full of restaurants, bars, pubs, cafés.
Karl-Marx-Strasse is just a few minutes walk.

Getting Around:
U-Bahn station Karl-Marx-Str. gives you access to underground line U7.

Bus station Hertzbergplatz is your direct line to Schoenefeld airport (SXF).

Please note that a check in is only possible online via our digital check in system. The link for this will be provided in the reservation confirmation. After successfully providing the required data (filling out and signing the registration form and uploading your ID or passport), you will receive access to your guest area with information about your stay with us. Our Support Team is available 24/7 via phone or chat. We reserve the right to authorize a deposit by credit card at check-in.
